|Third Person's POV|
It was the day.
It was today and Livia's whole body trembled from waiting. On every loud sound she thought it began and her heart skipped a beat.
She was so anxious that her feet hadn't touched the ground. She was flying as if walking and checking on everyone. She even called at home in every ten minutes.
At last Connor threw away her phone. It broke but Liv didn't care about that. She was too anxious.
"I'll have to tie you somewhere if you don't stop." Levi told her half-jokingly.
Livia snorted. "I can break through that. Besides, how are you not anxious? Why is everyone so calm?"
"Elias isn't." Levi countered.
"Elias is Elias. He's never calm."
"Good point," Her boyfriend chuckled. "But seriously, Liv. You need to calm down. Try meditating like Rue and Laurel."
"I don't think meditating is what I need now." Livia replied. "I can't even go and practice like Dawn. I just fly and worry."
"Please lower to my level, I feel like I'm talking to a giraffe," Levi told her and earned a chuckle from her. "First off, how do you know meditating isn't what you need now? And second of all, you don't have to train, just sit down and talk to someone, that will get your mind off this."
Livia shook her head. "I can't. I'm too anxious. It's like my whole body is electrified and waiting for something to go off any second." She shuddered. "How are you holding up?"
Her boyfriend shrugged. "I meditated with Rue and then ran quick spells in my mind with Lacey. You know I'm not magic or something but it kind of felt right."
"I don't know how long you're going to avoid your magical side. It's crucial for today's plan."
"I know," He nodded. "I'm sure one day it will hit me to learn more about magic but I'm leaving it all to Lacey for now."
Livia didn't say anything more as they strolled - Well Levi strolled, she flew - towards the lounge were most of the team was.
"What's taking them so long?" Sofia wondered and leaned on the couch with her elbows. "This is worst than waiting in the queue.
"Maybe they're being fashionably late?" Elias suggested earning a glare from Rue.
"I don't think they care about such stuff." She replied.
"No, just think about it," Ronnie chimed in. "They're getting their revenge, might as well get it in style."
"Sure, they must be dressing-up for special occasion." Levi rolled his eyes.
"I bet Raniella's putting special mascara on her face to look particularly hideous." Lacey agreed.
"And Metal's coloring his nails." Tess grumbled and flipped through her notebook.
Gwen chuckled. "This actually makes me feel better. I keep imagining Comet in fluffy purple dress, crown and fairy wand, commanding an
army of people.""You have wild fantasies." Laurel remarked but then laughed too. "I'm a hypocrite. I Just imagined Breacher in old swimsuit, fins, swim cap and goggles, ready to launch something horrible."
Most of them started laughing and it surely lifted their mood. Dawn kept quiet but she had to admit, imagining Kyle in a pool of beans and him looking all scared did give her some pleasure. But she had a strong urge to remind everyone that this was not a game. She was about to speak up when Jordan walked in the room looking gravely horrible. However, none of them except her and Gwen noticed him.
