"I cleared my schedule. They know about it." Franklin answered. But his eyes remain at me, amused and trying to read my mind.

The guy that went to us… their company was supposed to have an important meeting with Franklin and other important people but Franklin cleared his schedule and decided to just see me. Now the guy was asking why he didn't go.

They talked and I couldn't listen.

When the guy left and I was left with him, I don't know how I survived the meal. I wanted to take back my offer but he already signed the contract. He even says he will sue me if I take it back.

But it's because I don't know he's Franklin! I thought he's Ellison.

Bigla akong nahiya sa offer kong mag donate siya ng sperm! Kaya kahit no'ng tanungin niya ako kung saan ako after our lunch, sinabi kong sa bahay na. I can't seem to stand his presence all of a sudden. The humiliation, the betrayal and the shock just overwhelmed me… I just want to get rid of his presence.

The way to our village seems to last long. Hindi ko alam kung dahil ba gustong gusto kong makaalis na o sadyang mabagal lang mag maneho si Franklin.

Eshhh! Franklin? Don't tell me he's the same Franklin that my cousins were so fond of talking about? And the girl they want to know is me?

I licked my lips as I calmed myself. Don't get ahead of you, Sierra! They might just have the same name. Hindi mo alam ang surname ng tinutukoy nina Carolina!

"What are you thinking?"

I was taken back to reality when Ellison asked me. I looked at him and saw his intently stare. He seemed in pain as he watched me.

I licked my lips again. "Uhm… wala naman!" I looked outside to avoid his stare. The car seemed to slow down as we kept on driving. Or did it seem like that because I badly wanted to be home now?

Hindi naman ako maka react kasi I don't want his attention on me. Hindi nga ako makatingin sa kanya eh.

When we were finally at our village, at naka park na ang kotse sa tabi, I immediately tried opening the door but it didn't bulge.

That's where I looked at Ellison. Sumalubong sa akin ang titig niya. Naninimbang at seryoso.

"Thanks." I smiled. "Paano ba 'to buksan?"

"When will you go out next?" he asked instead of answering me. Mariin parin ang titig niya.

"I don't have a proper schedule. I'll let you know when I want you to drive me."

He nodded. He clicked things on his side and the car unlocked. Agad akong bumaba. Agad din siyang bumaba, mas mabilis kaisa sa akin.

I was meters away from him, pero mabilis ang lakad niya. When he got near me, a gasp let out my lips as he snake his hands on my waist. Dinala niya ako pabalik sa kotse niya and made me lean on his car gently. He then trapped me. His one hand stayed on my waist side and the other on the car above my head.

"What are you thinking?" he asked with a hint of frustration. Nakakunot ang noo at madilim ang mata.

I looked at him and tried to smile. "Wala nga! Gusto ko lang umuwi."

He clenched his jaw. Mas lalo siyang dumungaw sa akin.

"You are not going home until you tell me what you're thinking… " he whispered with a restrained voice.

Umirap ako. "Bakit pa?"

"Tsk! Damn it!." Mura niya. "I want to know! You looked too serious when thinking. You become someone serious and mysterious when alone with your thoughts."
