"She ran away again!" Ibuki exclaimed. "She's always like this when things get inconvenient for her!"
"Oh well, who cares about Monomi?" Nagito dismissed. I do. . . "More importantly. . . She mentioned a new island. . . What should we do?"
"I do not think we should be exploring when Fuyuhiko is in danger. . ." Sonia trailed off.
"But we must move forward, no matter what despair stands in our way!" He pressed on. "That's what hope should be!"
"What 'hope'. . .?" Hajime questioned. "You always say that just before you lead us into a trap. . ."
"Jeez. . . you're seriously just as annoying as Monokuma. . ." Kazuichi added.
"I'm also worried about Fuyuhiko, but. . . is it really okay if we just stay here and do nothing?" Chiaki asked. ". . .Isn't it better if we do what we can?"
"What we can, huh. . ." Hajime echoed. "She's right. . . Let's try to find a way off this island before he comes back."
"You are right. . ." Sonia nodded. "Fuyuhiko will not recover any faster if we just stand around and do nothing."
"I agree with Miss Sonia!"
Nagito smiled. "Then it's decided. Let's explore and search for a new hope!"
"So wouldn't it be faster to just beat up the rest of the Monobeasts and search all the islands in one go?" Akane suggested. "If that strange-lookin' rabbit can defeat one, it should be easy for us too!"
". . .Hey, don't think about doing anything reckless." Nekomaru cautioned.
It's bad enough that we're all worried about Fuyuhiko's condition. . . I'd hate to have to be worrying about Akane too.
"Anyway, let's begin!" Nagito prompted. "Let's open the way to a hope-filled future with our very own hands!"
The irony of doing as Nagito wanted was present in all of us as we walked to the bridge of the third island. I couldn't help but hesitate as I crossed the bridge with heavy feet. As the island came into view, I realized the drastic difference in appearance compared to the previous ones. Instead of looking like a five-star resort, it was full of small, run-down-looking houses and gave off a kind of dangerous vibe. Once again, something I was used to.
Everyone paired off after reaching the island's ground, each going their separate ways. I decided to take the scenic route and do a single lap of the island before entering an area to properly investigate. While doing so, I saw a movie theatre, an alley full of technology shops, a motel, what looked to be a music venue called 'Titty Typhoon', and finally a hospital. Once I came back to the bridge I thought for a moment about where I should go first.
As if he knew what I was thinking, Nagito walked up to me and offered a solution. "Hey, Y/N, do you want to go to the movie theatre with me?"
"The theatre? With. . .you?" I repeated the parts of his question. "I suppose. . . I was just thinking about where to go first."
"Then let's go!" He took my hand excitedly and lead the way to the theatre.
He pushed open the doors, sending the warm smell of popcorn to welcome us as guests. Just as with any other theatre, the floors were lined with red carpeting that matched the walls. A concessions stand was stationed at the back wall, but to the left of the counter sat two items: A large tote bag and a cheap sticker. Before I could take a step closer to get a better look, Monokuma appeared.
"Welllllcome!" He greeted cheerfully. "The next showing is starting in five minutes, so grab your popcorn now!"
"What movie is it?" I asked.
