"We're here!" Jimbo said, parking in front of a big cabin. By the time we were there, it was night time, which means, we'll probably go hunting in the morning. Personally, I'm not a big fan of hunting, I don't like hurting animals. You're probably like (Y/n), are you serious? You beat up like 30 people, including a crippled kid on your first day here at South Park. Beating up people is one thing, but animals? Now that's just evil.
The only reason why I wanted to come along was because I wanted to hang out with everyone else.
"I got your stuff (Y/n), c'mon, let's go!" Stan said, holding both his and my stuff.
I ran in after the rest of them and looked around. The cabin was nice and big, and there were 3 rooms.
"Hey Jimbo, can we sleep in the living room by the fireplace?" Cartman asked.
"Yeah sure, do watcha want, Ned and I are gonna go to my room to watch Hunters in the Wild," Jimbo and Ned left us all in the living room. The living room was very nice, there was two large sofas, a rustic red carpet with an intricate design, along with two little side tables. There was however, no TV in the living room, which meant TV, and video games were out of the picture.
The walls of the cabin were wooden, and the roof was tall. The lights in the room included a few lamps. The kitchen connected to to the living room with the island counter being what separated to the two. Although the kitchen wasn't too big, I don't see why it would need to. This was a hunting cabin after all.
In the corner against the wall, the boys put down all our stuff. Kenny flopped onto one of the couches.
"This place is nicer than my house!" Kenny exclaimed, zipping his parka hoodie open.
"Everywhere is nice than your house Kenny," Kyle remarked. He was bent down by the fireplace, trying to get the fire started.
"Shut up dude! My dad isn't a lawyer like yours!" Kenny fired back.
"You don't need to have a respectable job to make money, look at Cartman's mom," Stan added sitting down on one of the big armchairs. I sat down at the sofa, near the end of Kenny's feet. My brother sat down next to Cartman on the other sofa, and Kyle sat next to him.
"Shut up, asshole! Don't talk about my mom!" He shouted angrily.
"What does your mom do?" I asked.
Before Cartman could reply, Kenny cut in, "She used to be a prostitute, now she just takes on random jobs,"
"Godammit guys! Will you stop talking about my mom!"
"So Cartman's mom used to be a prostitute, Stan's mom works as a secretary, Kyle's dad is a lawyer, and Kenny your dad—"
"He's a jobless drunk. Even after seeing me and sister needing to skip meals, and steal food, he still wouldn't get a job" He said, sitting up from the couch, and leaning back while stretching.
The fact that he shared this so openly, and casually showed how used to his situation he was.
I knew Kenny wasn't in the most financially stable house, but I never imagined it was this bad. I knew Kenny had a sister aswell, but the idea of the little middle schooler needing to skip dinners because there was nothing, made my heart ache.
"Kenny, I'm sorry to see hear that,"' I sent him an apologetic look.
He smiled at me, and leaned in, "Gimme a hug will ya? I need your comfort!" He tackled me in a hug onto the couch lightly, his face near my stomach.
