Y/N's POV

After the massacre the anbu came, they thought I was responsible for the Uchiha massacre but after them interrogating me they realized I wasn't the one at hand for it, though I got to talk to the third hokage.

I told him about how my father hide me away in cabin in the forest due to the Uchiha elders being after my mother, I Lao told him how my father enrolled me into the academy under my mothers name due to that.

"Well, you're now one of the only Uchiha's left, so if you want when you go into the academy after these next two days since I will be closing the academy for two days due to what has happened, you can use the Uchiha's last name" The hokage explained

I listened closely, I love my mother but I felt more like an Uchiha than a y/m/l/n, having been raised by my father up until now, and I want to carry on my father's legacy.

"Okay" I said with a nod

"Young y/n, would you like to move into the village, or are you okay with still being in the cabin" The hokage asked me, watching how I reacted

"I'd like to live here in the village, I don't want to be alone" I said honestly, hugging myself

"Alright, I know this might sound horrible but, we're getting the Uchiha compound cleaned out now, I'd like you to live there" The hokage said with a hum

"But, wouldn't I be living there alone?" I asked in shock

"No actually, Sasuke is reluctant to want to leave the compound, so I figured you both could live there, I don't want him to be alone with such a heavy heartbreak like this, you two could get close through this" He explained to me

"O-Okay, I'll do it" I said, I was left with the responsibility of Sasuke after all

"Alright, you'll be moving into your father's house which Sasuke will show you, since it's right across from his parents home" He explains

"Okay, I'll let Sasuke know and he'll help you move sometime later today, the funeral for your father should be something tomorrow as well, his will be early since you won't have time for it being any other day" He explained

"Okay, Thank you lord Third" I said getting up with a bow

"Oh there's no need to thank me, now get home and get cleaned and dressed, make sure to pack your things" He said

I forgot, I had blood on my pajamas and hands, maybe I blocked it out. I got up and bowed to the Hokage, thanking him again before I left, walking out of the building I got looks from the villagers

"Why is she covered in blood" one of the women whispered to another but it was obvious neither knew how to actually whisper since I heard it all

"I heard she was found in the Uchiha's compound after the massacre" the other women whispered back

"I hope she had nothing to do with it, what a monster" The First Lady whispered

I sighed, these rumors would go on forever, the girl in the center of it was me now. I didn't even notice Naruto coming in my direction.

"Y/n-Chan, Y/N-Chan" Naruto called, now in front of me

I didn't answer, I was lost in my own head

"Look, it's the other monster, they both belong together with what they have done" A man that joined the lady's said

"Y/n-Chan?" Naruto asked, lifting my face with his index and middle finger

If I weren't in such inner turmoil I would have blushed at that action, but I was lost in my own mind, perhaps traumatized would be the right word for it.
