Y/N's POV

I woke up without Naruto by my side, my head fogging and dazed I looked around, seeing that my room was empty, a sinking feeling filling my chest, cause a slight ache.

Three soft knock came at my door, knocks that made me jump a little because I wasn't expecting the knock.

"Come in" I said to whomever was knocking

The door opened revealing a nurse, she had a tray of medical supplies, which made me wonder what was going to happen, since I just got my bandages changed.

"I'm here to debridement your burns" The Nurse informed me, I guess my face was saying everything

Of fuck no, debridement my burns?, that doesn't even sound good and it definitely couldn't feel good either.

"W-what do you mean?, debridement my burns?" I asked in fear, watching the nurse closely as she unpack scalpels and gauze, along with preparing a tray

"Well I need to debridement your burns to remove any foreign material that could have entered your burn and to remove the thickened and hardened skin" The nurse explained as she pulled out a face mask, connecting tools to it

"I'll need to put you in a temporary coma, since this procedure is a very long and me painful one, it's best your aren't awake to avoid the risk of you going into shock" The nurse informed me as she put the mask on my mouth and nose

I had so much to say but as I breathed in and out, I felt myself getting more and more tired, my body falling asleep before my brain did, cause me to jerk awake slightly.

Soon enough, whatever the nurse was using did its job, my eyes closing since I couldn't keep them open, my body drifting to sleep.

I woke up with a sense of confusion, my eyes felt heavy still but I was left wondering if it was the same day, I was wondering what happened.

I willed my eyes open, closing them because as soon as I opened them, the light from the room flooded my eyes, burning them like looking at the sun.

"Oh, you're awake, I came to change you bandages" S nurse that just entered my room informed me, my eyes shooting to her because I didn't even sense her

'I'm so out of it, I feel loopy' I thought to myself

'I'd say, you've been out for a week' My mother informed me

'A WEEK?!' I yelled in shock, I couldn't believe it

'Yup, they had to do the procedure twice before they removed all of the dead skin' My mother informed me with more information

"Okay, this will hurt" The nurse told me as she began unwrapping the bandage

I had to bite my tongue as the bandage pulled at the tender skin on my arm, my eyes squeezing shut tightly, the arm burnt as the arm hit it, a stinging sensation growing.

"There, now I'll have to clean it" The nurse informed me

I turned and looked at my arm as she got the cleaning solution, half of my arms skin was missing, well the burnt layer, the skin under was a white-ish pink, making me gasp slightly at the sight, it looked unreal.

"This is sterile water, it might burn, I'm sorry but I have to get this wound clean, then a medical ninja is scheduled to come and work on healing it some" The nurse informed me as she started pouring the Celine on my arm
