Y/N's POV

"Awesome, oh, Man this is some storm, isn't it?" Naruto asked me as he yelled in excitement, the rain pouring down on us

"Nigga no it ain't" I yelled over the storm, my hair being weighted down by the rain water

I could hear Guy gagging, trying not to throw up as the ship rocked rapidly, swishing and swaying.

"What's going to happen to us if we can't escape this current?" Guy asked in a grunt

"It should be fine, if we continue like this, we'll get back on course" Yamato reassured Guy

Naruto stood beside me laughing like a maniac, standing near the edge.

"All right, then it's straight on for the Land of Lighting from here" Naruto said excitedly

The ship continued to sway in the weather as big plumes of water exploded near us.

"What was that?" Naruto asked worriedly

"What is this?!, what's going on?" Naruto asked as he ran over to Yamato, grabbing my hand and taking me with him

"Here comes another one" Yamato yelled as another came

We all watched as the fire bomb balls flew down on us, landing in the water and exploded, shooting water into the air that rain down on us.

"They're cannonballs made out of paper bombs?" Yamato yelled over the ruckus

"That's some serious firepower" Guy said as the ship swayed

"Where the hell are they coming from?!" Aoba yelled

"Uh- is that" Naruto said as he looked ahead, thinking he was seeing another ship

"A battleship?" Naruto asked

"No, that's not a ship" Yamato yelled as he looked as well

"That's an island" He yelled over the continuous cannonball firing

"We're being pulled in towards that island" The Captain of the ship yelled to us

"Can you change course?" Guy asked him

"No, I can't, the rubber's still not working" The Captain informed Guy

"Come on, you gotta be kidding me" Naruto said as we held onto the railing

My hair was whipped away from my face from the violent rain, I was finally able to fully to see what was going on.

I lifted up one of my hands, looking at one of the cannons, trying to
concentrate on it and not the fact that I was on an unsteady ship.

Gold built up in my hand and shoot towards the cannon I had focused on, the cannon exploded and melting down.

But in my state of distraction I didn't notice the cannonballs that was coming right near me, hitting the water cause the ship to jerk, and overboard me and Naruto went, body colliding with the cold water.

As I fell into the water it bubbled around me, the water being hard to see in, the weather making it dark and murky.

But I could see a cannonball falling down on me, coming directly for my stomach, which made me gasp, taking in water into my mouth.

Just as the ball hit my stomach, gold made itself visible, blocking the ball from hitting my stomach, making it roll off, the ball falling to the sea below, exploding.

'What was that?' I thought to myself in shock, looking at the gold that was illuminating the water, floating around my stomach

'Wait, I'm losing air' I remembered, swimming to the surface, Naruto following suit
