Y/N's POV

It was now the second day in Forest of death, I had my little camp set up, cooking station and my tent.

Perhaps I spent the first day in the forest absolutely vomiting my stomach out after eating some berries off of a bush.

The thought of it just made my stomach turn, I laughed at my stupid as I sharpened my makeshift spear.

"I wonder how the squad is fending out there" I thought to myself before I heard rustling in a bush behind me

I threw my spear, missing the person in it purposefully, hoping to just scare the person from out of the bush.

"Ahhh" I hear Lee scream in fear, falling out of the bush

"Lee, Lee what are you doing here?" I asked running over to him

"I have come to check on you, I am sorry for catching you off guard, that was not my intentions" Lee said as I helped him up

"It's okay Lee, does you squad know about this?" I asked him as I held his hand, pulling my spear from the ground and walking over to my campsite with him

"They do, they said they'll come by soon as well, I left before them" Lee explained, looking at my campsite in amazement

"How'd you get all of this?" He asked

"Scrolls, I put them into these scrolls" I said with a smile

"Wow, that is very amazing" Lee said looking at me with a smile

"Are you hungry Lee?" I asked him with a tilted head

"Yes, just a bit" Lee said

"How about you go sit in the tent and I'll catch us some fish and you can help me cook it?" I asked with a hum

"Sure, would you like help catching the fish?" Lee asked as I opened a scroll and pulled out a bucket for the fish I catch

"No no no, you've been so nice to me Lee, I'm just doing the same" I said with a smile, pecking his cheek

"Shoes off before you go into the tent" I said as I walked away to catch fish

Lee and I were scaling the fish, TenTen and Neji had arrive a few minutes earlier. Neji got caught in one of my traps and I had to cut him down, laughing when he hit the ground.

"This is a nice set up y/n, how'd you do it?" TenTen asked me but I'm pretty sure she already knew

"I used scrolls, they work well and hold lots of things" I said as me and Lee started cooking the fish

"Wow, have you gotten in any fights yet?" TenTen asked me, I hope she wasn't jinxing me

"I wouldn't call it a fight but I did tussle with a big snake" I said with a chuckle
