Y/N's POV

After I stormed out of the dinner and got ready for bed, I ended up being alone.

I sighed and took my father's ring into my fingers, rolling it around.

"Papa, I miss you so much, I wish I could see you again" I said to myself sadly, a tear falling from my eyes

"Y/n-Chan, y/n-Chan are you okay?" Naruto asked as he entered the room

I didn't even hear him coming, to lost in my own thoughts. I tried to wipe my tears away but it was too late, Naruto already saw them.

"Y/n-Chan, why are you crying?, what's wrong?" Naruto asked as he sat down onto the bed I was now sitting up in

I was embarrassed to be caught crying to say the least, I didn't know what to tell Naruto, so I just said nothing.

Naruto's POV

I sat next to y/n, wondering what made her cry, a pout accompanied my face.

"Was it what me and Sasuke did at dinner?" I asked before my eyes fell onto y/n's fathers ring that was in between her fingers

"Oh, I see" I said solemnly, now knowing the reason

'Should I hug her?, would she like that?, no no no, she'll probably hit me like Sakura does' I thought to myself

"I miss him Naru, so much" Y/n said breaking me out of my trance, looking at her I can see that she was starting to full out cry now

"No don't cry y/n-Chan" I said quickly hugging her, not hesitating

"I'm sorry, I shouldn't be crying, I should be strong like you" She cried into my shoulder, my heart felt like it was being crushed, what is this feeling

"Y/n-Chan, you know full well that I'm not as strong as I make myself seem, I have my fair share of pain and sadness, but you know what keeps me happy and my face with a smile?" I asked her as I laid us both down, covering us up with the covers

"W-what?" Y/n asked through her tears and sniffles

"You do" I said those two simple words but they meant a lot to me, and from y/n's reaction, they did to her too

"Y/n-Chan, you've believed in me from the beginning, you're my first friend, even when I fall down, you're there to pick me up, I promise that I will do the same for you, I'll make sure I'm Hokage with you by my side, believe it" I said hugging her closer

I smiled softly as I heard her breathing even out and her sniffles stopping, her arms wrapping themselves around me too.

Y/N's POV

"Thank you so much Naru, you're truly my ray of sunshine, I promise that I will always be there for you, and I will be by your side when you become Hokage" I said into his shoulder as I cuddling into him

I groaned when Naruto pushing me back a bit, I was feeling sleepy, what can I say.

But those thoughts quickly left as he started wiping my tears away, my mouth fell slightly open in shock, his bright blue eyes staring into mine for a while.

'Oh my gosh, what's going on?' I thought in a panic, inside I was freaking out but on the outside, I was frozen

"Y-your eyes are pretty, y/n-Chan" Naruto suddenly said in shyness

I giggled at the compliment, my eyes closing as I smiled.

"Yours are pretty too, Naru, and please, you can just call me y/n" I said, pecking his cheek before cuddling into him again

"Y/n, sounds good to me" I heard Naruto whispering, a giggle leaving his lips after, I'm guessing that cheek kiss got him giggly

Slowly but surely, me and Naruto feeling asleep, Naruto snoring slightly loud but I had no problem with it, as long as I had him, It didn't matter.

Kakashi's POV

As me, Sakura and Sasuke entered the room we all stopped in shock, finding Naruto and y/n both already sleep.

That, however, wasn't what shocked us. The two were cuddling with each other which we have never seen before, I knew they were close but I didn't know exactly how close they were.

"Well I have to admit, this is pretty cute" I said under my breath, glancing at Sasuke and Sakura

Sakura looked like she wanted to ask Sasuke to cuddle her like that, topically what I expect from teenage girls like her. Sasuke looked like he wanted to murder somebody, specifically, Naruto.

"Hmph, whatever" Sasuke said climbing into bed

Sakura climbed into hers and I, into mine.

"Goodnight" Sakura said
