Y/N's POV

"Oh man, it'll feel so good to be on a real mission again" Naruto said as we walked to meet Tsunade

"Yeah, I haven't been a mission in years" I said as I swung our hands, seeing as he couldn't keep his hand off of me

"Listen, whatever kind of mission we're given, just take it and don't complain about it" Sakura said to Naruto, getting a look from him

"Are you his mother?, cause last I checked you aren't, stop talking to him and treating him like you are" I said with a sigh, I wanna beat this bitches ass so bad

"Don't sweat it, y/n, it's fine" Naruto said, rubbing the back of my hand with his thumb

Kakashi looked at me and Naruto much like earlier, I just know when he gets me and Naruto alone he's gonna bombard us with questions.

"Out of the way" Shizune yelled as she ran through us, me and Naruto separating from each other

"What was that?" Sakura asked in confusion, wondering where Shizune was going to so fast

"Why don't you watch where you're going, who do you think you are?" Naruto yelled

It seems they forgot about me telling them Gaara was taking earlier, I looked over at Kakashi who looked back at me with a nod, showing that he understood what was going on.

We hummed and kept on our way to meet Tsunade, me and Kakashi keeping in the backs of our mind what was happening.

"Huh?, Escort duty on a caravan?, come on" Naruto said with a groan

"What?, have you got a problem with that?" Tsunade asked Naruto

"Since you're asking, yes, lousy C-rank mission, it's beneath my dignity" Naruto said, hands on his hips

Tsunade looked over to Shizune who was trying to smile away here nervousness.

"Naruto, your skill may have improved, but mentally, you haven't matured at all" Iruka said

"I happen to agree with Naruto, I'm tired of these low rank mission when my skills aren't low rank, it's keeping us stagnant and I hate being stuck in one spot" I said crossing my arms, backing Naruto up

"And you y/n, always backing Naruto up, like two peas in a pod" Iruka said, his eyes meeting mines

"I'm just saying how I feel, I bit my tongue when I was younger but that's not me anymore" I said with a shrug

"Naruto, I've chosen an easier mission to start with to break you in, you've been gone from us a while" Tsunade said to Naruto, seemingly ignoring my input

I huffed, glaring at her, she wasn't meeting my eyes and I knew she wouldn't, perks of having a badass momma.

"Well, who says I want an easier mission?" Naruto yelled

Sakura decided to put her hands on my man, wait, not my man yet, putting him in a chokehold and started giving him a noogie.

"So sorry milady, let me talk to him, I'm sure I can bring him around" Sakura said

"Let go of him now" I said to Sakura, my gaze landing on her

She let him go like I told her without a word, which was good, I sighed and stood in front of Naruto, fixing his hair since Sakura messed it up.

"Stop putting your hands on him before I have to beat you up" I said to Sakura

I got Naruto to let me comb out his nappy as hair earlier and she just decides to mess it up, I pulled out my comb from my pouch, fixing his hair.
