For the past four days, Yue Qingyuan had been unable to find any sleep. He had tried, but in the end he just gave up and went back to work. The problem was that whenever he lay down, he couldn't stop thinking. His brain didn't give him any peace whatsoever.

At last he went to Mu Qingfang to ask if he had something for him. While Mu Qingfang went to prepare said something, Yue Qingyuan took a seat. A few moments later, another visitor came in. It was Liu Qingge. Yue Qingyuan frowned when he saw him. The man had changed his hairstyle a little by draping a strand over one side of his forehead. That one was on the opposite side of where he normally had a strand of hair. Liu Qingge gave a short nod to Yue Qingyuan and took a seat next to him.

"Liu-shidi, why are you here? Do you feel unwell?" Yue Qingyuan asked in worry.

"Ointment. Used up all I had," Liu Qingge explained.

"You got hurt?"

"Nothing major."

"Oh..."

Mu Qingfang entered with the medicine for Yue Qingyuan. When he saw that Liu Qingge had arrived too, he internally sighed. He had hoped to do some paperwork, but people just kept on coming to him with injuries or problems. Some things he could forgive, but the disciple, that had been there before Yue Qingyuan and complained about a papercut, had been thrown out right away. He wondered when Cang Qiong Mountain had accepted such crybabies. And that disciple hadn't even been from An Ding Peak.

"And what is Liu-shixiong here for?" Mu Qingfang asked with exhaustion.

"Ointment," Liu Qingge replied, just as shortly as he did to Yue Qingyuan, "Mine is empty."

Mu Qingfang responded with the same question that Yue Qingyuan had asked and received the same answer. He rolled his eyes. When Liu Qingge said his wounds weren't major, in nine out of ten cases they actually were. Liu Qingge wasn't pale and his breathing also seemed normal, there was just something about his head that was different.

"Where?" Mu Qingfang asked impatiently.

Liu Qingge pushed aside the strand covering the wound on his forehead. It had already closed somewhat, but the area around it was slightly swollen and red. It was obvious that the wound should have been treated right away, if not even sewn. Whatever inflicted this must have been very hard and made contact with his head with a big amount of force.

"Do you think simple ointment helps with this?" Mu Qingfang asked and went to get proper equipment, "This has infected. You should have disinfected this right away instead of just covering it with ointment and your hair and hoping that it gets better!"

Liu Qingge looked down. Mu Qingfang roughly worked on the wound, cleaning it from dirt that had gotten in, even opening it up a little in order to clean it properly. Liu Qingge didn't flinch, not even when Mu Qingfang used alcohol to disinfect the wound that he had just re-opened. Then he stuck a clean bandage on it and put the strand back where it was.

"Next time you come here right away or you stay at home entirely and don't bother me with stuff I need to fix because you messed it up," Mu Qingfang angrily said and went to Yue Qingyuan to finally hand him his medicine. "What did you even do? Smash your head on the floor?"

"Thank you Shidi," Yue Qingyuan said and got up.

"I didn't," Liu Qingge replied and also got up.

"Argh, I don't even want to know. Now leave, the both of you. I'm busy."

Liu Qingge and Yue Qingyuan got practically thrown out. They looked at each other as they stood in front of the door. They left the peak together.

"I'm curious too, Liu-shidi. Why did you get wounded?" Yue Qingyuan asked.
