Five days. He had given himself five days, yet Yue Qingyuan didn't feel ready at all when said 'day five' arrived. He was a little more clear in the head after being able to sleep the night prior, but he was still fairly tired. When he had woken up in the morning, he had still been clinging to this pillow. With disappointment he had to realize that, after he had been breathing into it all night, the scent had almost entirely disappeared. Yue Qingyuan knew he had gotten too used to the other's company. Way too used.

He had barely eaten anything the past few days. He knew he would have to find a normal rhythm of life again. It couldn't go on like this. He made himself some food and ate it, although it tasted practically like nothing.

Shen Qingqiu hadn't slept at all the past four days. After he had been unable to find any rest the second day he had just gotten up and started meditating instead. He had done this every time he was unable to sleep. If he couldn't sleep he would meditate instead. He would try again a few days later. If it still didn't work... Shen Qingqiu was afraid he would have to visit his friends again after all.

Shen Qingqiu's anger from five days ago had subsided a little. He still had a few questions though. And Yue Qingyuan had said that he too had something to say. Shen Qingqiu didn't really want to listen to anything the man had to say. Whatever he said couldn't be important. He had always failed to speak it out if there was something of interest to Shen Qingqiu. He spoke too much all the time, but never when it was important. It was frustrating.

Shen Qingqiu skipped breakfast and went immediately to doing some work. He needed to correct some papers. He didn't like doing that at all. It was extremely boring. But such was his life. He corrected papers and assigned tasks to his desciples until the sun reached it's zenith. Only after doing that he got on his way to Qiong Ding Peak.

When Yue Qingyuan opened the door for Shen Qingqiu, Shen Qingqiu noticed how tired the man looked. Instead of straight up yelling at him again, Shen Qingqiu only walked past him, saying, "You look horrible."

Yue Qingyuan didn't reply, only closed the door and followed Shen Qingqiu inside.

"Do you want tea?" he asked, when they sat down.

"I don't plan on staying for that long," Shen Qingqiu replied.

He looked around the room. It was messy and there was a big ink stain on the floor. The only thing that was in order was the desk and Yue Qingyuan's hair that seemed perfect even when the rest of the man looked like he had been awake for a month.

"Can you not clean up after yourself?" Shen Qingqiu asked making a gesture around the room, "There is a stain on the floor. Didn't you notice that? Are you a sect leader or an animal that can live in filth?"

"I noticed it..." Yue Qingyuan said, looking at the floor. He meant to ask An Ding Peak to fix the floor when Shen Qingqiu left, but he didn't do it after all. The stain was still on the floor, yet he couldn't bring himself to let it get removed.

Shen Qingqiu was more or less pointing it out because he still felt somewhat responsible for Yue Qingyuan. In his eyes, the man never managed to do anything on his own. But even if you could call this worry, Shen Qingqiu would never show it openly. Plus, he didn't want to have any friendship with that man anymore and neither did he want him to think that he did.

Shen Qingqiu was getting bored of the smalltalk. He wanted to get this over with as soon as possible. Seeing Yue Qingyuan for a prolonged time upset him.

"What did you tell me? When I lost my memories," Shen Qingqiu asked and narrowed his eyes.

"A lot. You need to specify in what aspect."
