What is a Sunset Clause?

The basic premise of a sunset clause is to put an expiry date or time limit on the property contract. If settlement has not taken place by the end date included in the clause, both parties are legally entitled to walk away from the contract.

11. Don't answer media question's without consulting with Tree Paine.

12. The beard cannot sleep together or falling in love with TS in real life.

13. Don't touch TS without her consent. Wait for Taylor's Signal first. Never lead anything. Taylor will lead the way or action. NEVER KISS TAYLOR PUBLICLY. NO PDA WHATSOEVER. You can only hold her hands.
