Raj and Bowie had been dating for a few months after meeting each other on the reboot of Total Drama Island, and Raj was excited to finally share his love for hockey with his boyfriend. He knew that Bowie wasn't too fond of sports, but he hoped that he would enjoy learning how to play hockey with him.

"Are you ready to hit the ice?" Raj asked Bowie as they walked towards the local rink hand in hand.

"Raj, I never was a very good ice skater," Bowie responded, feeling a little nervous.

Sure, Bowie was skilled in the athletic department for being someone who didn't enjoy participating in sports, but even though he excelled at pretty much anything he tried, he couldn't get the hang of skating.

"Don't worry, I'll teach you everything you need to know," Raj said, giving Bowie a reassuring smile.

As they put on their skates and stepped onto the ice, Raj started by explaining the basic rules of the game to Bowie. "Okay, so the goal is to score as many goals as possible by shooting the puck into the net. You use the stick to pass, shoot, and control the puck. And you have to skate really fast to keep up with the other players."

Bowie nodded, looking a little overwhelmed. "I don't know if I can do all that," he admitted, holding onto the side of the rink for support.

"Sure you can! Just watch me," Raj said. He began skating circles around Bowie, showing off a few of his skills.

"Now you try," Raj encouraged, grabbing ahold of Bowie's hands. Raj let go, slowly skating backwards to give Bowie some room.

Bowie tried to copy Raj's movements, but he kept stumbling and falling.

"Ow, this ice is so hard!" Bowie complained, holding onto his quad. "These pants were not made for ice skating."

Raj laughed and helped Bowie up. "Don't worry, it's all part of the learning process. Here, let me show you how to skate backwards."

As they practiced, Raj couldn't help but feel a little shy around Bowie. He had always been a bit of a jock, but he had never been very confident around guys he liked. Bowie, on the other hand, was the typical gay stereotype - he was flamboyant, fashionable, and loved to gossip.

Eventually, Bowie had gotten the hang of ice skating, thanks to Raj's help. Raj was proud of his boyfriend, and he was surprised to see how good of a defender he was.

"So, Raj, do you think I look cute in these skates?" Bowie asked, twirling around and striking a pose.

Raj blushed and looked away. "Um, yeah, you look great. But we should focus on the game, okay?"

Bowie pouted, but he got back to practicing. They worked on passing the puck to each other, shooting at the net, and skating backwards. Bowie was getting better with each attempt, and he was starting to enjoy himself.

After the lesson was over, Raj took Bowie to a nearby Italian restaurant to end their day.

As they talked, Raj couldn't help but feel a little nervous. He knew that he was falling in love with Bowie, and he wasn't sure if Bowie felt the same way.

"So, what do you think of me?" Raj blurted out, before he could stop himself.

Bowie looked surprised as he placed his drink down. "What do you mean?"

"I mean, do you like me? More than just a friend?" Raj asked, his heart racing.

Bowie smiled and took Raj's hands. "Of course I do, silly. I've been waiting for you to ask me out on a real date."

Raj felt like he was floating in the air. He had never felt this happy before, not even when scored in overtime to help the Snow Owls make it to the championship hockey game.

"I'm so glad. I was worried that you only saw me as a hockey coach or something," Raj admitted, rubbing the back of his neck.

Bowie leaned in and kissed Raj on the cheek. "No way. You're the best thing that's ever happened to me. And I can't wait to see where this goes."

Raj bit his lip, not even trying to hide his flushed face.

"I can't wait to see where this goes as well, Bowie," Raj responded, squeezing his boyfriend's hand. "You mean everything to me."
