It took two days for Livi to wake up.
The first day Bruce had pulled you to medical. He ran various baseline tests as you explained what you could do with your powers. As a doctor he was especially interested in your ability to heal others and wanted to figure out why that same ability didn't apply to yourself. You wished him luck. Lord knew you would benefit from the ability. At one point he'd had you down in a training room of sorts as he observed your abilities firsthand with a clinical eye. You'd shared just about everything with him, minus one key detail. That you would hold onto until it was absolutely necessary to share. Peter was the only one that knew the true extent of using your healing ability and because of that he often wouldn't allow you to heal him. Something you didn't want to happen here. You wanted to be as much help to the team as possible, and that meant being able to heal them if they needed it.
When you weren't with Bruce, you'd spend time with Peter in his room, or in the theater room binging shows, or in the living room playing Mario Kart. If the team happened to be around while you were playing, they'd join in, resulting in epic competitions.
Webs never left your side, making it extremely difficult to find another moment alone with a certain Captain. Steve still checked in on the two of you, bringing you food and sticking around for a few minutes each time before going back up to that glass room or to the gym for a workout. While it was cute, you weren't hungry, at least not for food anyway. You'd pick at your plate, managing to eat just enough to keep your system working before handing the rest off to Webs to finish.
The little prolonged touches Steve would give you whenever possible were enough to drive you fucking mad with need. But Peter was always there, and when he wasn't someone else was. While you enjoyed getting to know everyone, you were finding it hard not to be pissed off at the constant babysitting.
You were currently curled up on a couch in the living room watching Clint and Peter go at it on some Pokémon player versus player game when FRIDAY's voice came over the speaker system.
"Miss Rose, your presence has been requested in your sister's room."
Panicking because earlier when you'd stopped by to check on her, you'd overheard Thor asking Loki why she hadn't woken yet when she was supposed to, you shot off the couch damn near tripping on the blanket as you bolted out of the room, past the library, and up the one flight of stairs to her floor. Honestly, you expected the worst.
When you shot through the door, the sight before you had you halting so quickly you almost fell again.
"Livi?" You asked, unsure.
She turned from where she'd been talking softly with Thor to grin at you. When she opened her arms in invitation you surged forwards, jumping on the bed and throwing yourself into her embrace. Wrapping your arms around her waist, you buried your face in her neck and just held on. Her returning hug was surprisingly strong. You basked in her warmth, her love for you seeping through the contact. You squeezed harder, trying to pour just as much love into her.
"Hey. I'm okay."
"You sure?"
"Yeah. I'm sure." She gave a small laugh.
Straightening, you sat back on your heels. "What the fuck was that?"
"So like, I have powers now."
"No shit." You smirked.
Thor laughed before taking his leave. Something you wish Stark would do, his presence in the chair in the corner of the room was heavy. Nothing like the joy you currently felt overtaking every cell in your body. Your sister was okay. More than okay actually. She seemed to be radiating strength.
