Chapter 55

"Your wish is my command, bella! Let's go! I need my fidanzata all for me too!"

The days passed. The italian took her girlfriend, Stephanie and Connor to see some special places in Catania, left everything settled in Italy and finally it was time to go to LA. Stefania's family said goodbye to everyone already missing them very much, but they, Stephanie and Connor knew that this "see you soon" was really short.

Randy, Katie and the orthopedist were organizoing a dinner to celebrate the couple's love and the surprise would be to have the italian's family with them. Kathy was excited about it all, meeting her daughter-in-law in person (she was looking forward to meet the woman who made her daughter smile genuinely again and put her glow back) and also her family who seemed to be very happy and good people.

Randy was already making plans, not only for the moment of reunion with his daughters and Connor (whom he already knew from the time Stephanie was a medical student), to meet Stefania, but also for all of them at the hospital. The older Savre had a big surprise for his daughters. Not to mention meeting Stefania's family.

On their way to the airport, the cardiologist noticed the hazel-eyed girl was quieter than usual...

"Love, are you okay?" The blonde asked concerned.
"Sì bambina, I'm fine." The Ob/Gyn tried to disguise.
"No, you're not. I know you perfectly well, baby. Talk to me. What's going on?"

The brunette whispered and with eyes full of fear, she said:

"What if they don't like me, bella?"

Danielle couldn't help but melt. She hugged her girlfriend saying:

"They're gonna love you. Just like me, honey! Well, I mean, not like me, because what I feel for you is unique and no one else can feel like this. But don't worry. They already love you, mon amour!"

The italian just smiled.

As soon as they arrived at the airport, the couples had already checked in, checked in their bags and then went to chat in a café, having an italian expresso. Stefania remained nervous and the surgeon turned to her and stated:

"Baby, listen to me. In my heart you are my heart beat. In my mind, you are my thoughts. In my life, you are the reason. There is nothing in this world capable to make me stay away from you! I'm not a child anymore honey. I don't need anyone's approval. I'm not even looking for this, my love. You have no reasons to feel anxious or to get concerned. Stef, they're gonna love you! I promise. But even if they don't, I don't give a shit! Because I love you! I love you more than anything in this fucking world! And I chose you! I'll chose you even when you make me mad. My love for you will never fade simply because we're angry or my parents don't like it. I know we'll fight sometimes, we'll be frustrated, maybe sometimes we won't talk to each other for hours or days. But even tho I will still choose you! Still I'll prefere to fight every battle of life and love, only with you because you are the one who has changed my life for better. I know your fear is justified because you care a lot about me, about us. But you don't need to feel like this, babe! I will always chose you and keep choosing you every single day, because I love you and will continue to love you even in bad days or if my parents don't approve our love, what I know deep inside it won't happen, okay?"
"Bambina, the way you care about my every little things makes me feel like I'm special to you. The way I know you get angry for not taking care of me makes me feel like I'm very close to your heart. The way you call me your baby girl and behave like a complete fool in love to make me feel like home makes me emotional.  You make me really happy and safe! You're my life, my world bambina! I have no idea of how to live without you, because I love you more than myself,  bella! I just can't lose you, because without you,  I know I can't live. You're the only person I've let to know myself completely. You won me over in an inexplicable way, I really need this to last because I literally love every detail of you. I'm completely in love with you and the thought of losing you terrifies me! A-and..."
"Love, stop! You won't lose me. Never! Look at the ski, babe. You know why are there so many stars and only one moon in the ski? Because in life, we have several passions and only one love! And I chose you to be my one and only true love, princess. And I always want to be the best for you! You're everething to me and I will love you  forever with the same intensity like the moon and the sun loved each other. And as long as the world goes by world, as long as the earth turns, as long as there is a second, I will never stop loving you and I want to be with you,  no matter how hard it is. The only thing that matters is having you by my side! Do you understand that,  my love? Never my parents  or the end of the world will keep me away from you  because I love you so damn much!"
"Oh bambina, I love you so damn much too!" The hazel-eyed girl replied shedding a tear.
"Baby, please, stop suffering like this.  I can't bear with this. Stef, I can't see you suffering.  I will never let anyone harm our love. I promise you that."
"Okay amore mio. I'm sorry I'm so stupid..."
"No, baby girl, you're not stupid! You're just scared, without any reason. Just that.🥰"

After calming down, the italian was already making plans for them. Danielle was amazed. About 30 minutes later, they boarded and were already preparing for the 16h 20m flight to LA.

"Are you happy, baby girl?" The cardiologist asked in love.
"Happy isn't enough to describe what I'm feeling, amore mio."

The blonde couldn't help but smile in love.

"Really?"
"Really!"

The blonde then pecked her girlfriend's lips, intertwining their fingers and started talking about the future with the brunette.

"Love, I ended up not asking if my dad had already managed to sell my house..."
"Oh, and what are you willing to do? I mean, if he already sold it? Do you want to go to a hotel?"
"No. None of that. My parents would never let us got to a hotel. They already said that we can stay there as long as we want. But anyways, that is indifferent. Even if it hasn't been sold yet, I would never take you to the same place that idiot divided to me."
"Bambina, I don't care! It's in the past."
"No, baby. I don't want any memory of him around us."
"Okay, we don't need to go there if you don't want to. But like we have already agreed, I want to help buying our house."
"You know you don't have to, but if this is gonna make you happy, then I'm okay with that."
"Good 🥰. Oh my God, we're making it happen, aren't we, bambina?"
"Yes my love! This is only the begining of our fairy tale!"
"That's fantastico!" (Fantastic)
"Fantastico doesn't get even close! I can't wait, baby!"
"Me neither!"
"Do you want a pool?" The ocean-eyed girl asked.
"Of course I do! I want to have the privilege to see my fidanzata swimming... naked... 🔥🥵😈"

Danielle blushed.

"Great! Because I'd love to have a private pool to be able to enjoy it with my gorgeous and hot girlfriend."

They kept making plans, talking about how their house should be, work, but mostly about their relationship.

"Honey, what do you think we go look for our house this weekend?" The blue-eyed girl asked excited.
"Great idea! I can't wait to have our own place, bella!"
"Me neither, gorgeous!" Danielle had glowing eyes." "I just hope my dad had found some places, this way we'll have something to start over..."
"Yes, but if he didn't, there is no problem at all. We'll do that together then."
"For sure! 🥰 Stef, I'm so happy!"
"Me too, bambina!"
"I love you. I can't wait for the rest of our lives."
"I love you too, amore mio! And I can't wait for that as well!"
