"What does this slut still want from me? Isn't she already happy enough with everything she put me through? Why is she coming back from hell to chase me?" Stefania yelled completely out of control.
"Hey, my love, calm down. Take a deep breath for me, angel." Danielle asked squatting in front of her girlfriend.
Stefania was crying and Danielle felt really angey at Grey and that disgusting woman.
"Hey baby, listen to me." The blonde said lifting her girlfriend's chin so that the italian could look her in the eyes. "I don't know what this damn woman wants from you, but I swear you baby, I will protect you, my princess. You're safe with me, my love!"
"Bambina, you didn't understand, amore mio. It's you who is in danger here. This woman is unscrupulous and doesn't care about anything or anyone other herself. Only God knows what she's capable to do..."
"Hey, take it easy, baby. We'll find a way..."
"No! I can't put you in danger. I'm leaving!"
"What? What are you saying?" The cardiologist asked really scared.
"I need to get away from you, Danielle, before it is too late! I won't let this woman to hurt you."
"What? Are you out of your mind? Stef, you might be kidding me! What kind of nonsense are you saying? Do you want to break up with me because of this woman?" The blue-eyed girl asked already shedding tears.
The italian didn't say a word. She just lowered her head...
"Tell me Stefania, are you serious? Is this the great love you say you feel for me? At the first difficulty will you leave me? Is that right?" Danielle was on the edge of a break down.
"Don't you understand that this is the only way to protect you, Danielle?" The hazel-eyed girl asked sobbing.
"Danielle... suddenly I even stopped being bambina or love... I'm already Danielle again..." The blonde said extremely hurt. "It's okay... if that's what you want, I can't stop you. I love you too much to keep you here with me against your will! It's a shame, I thought we would be happy this time... so many plans, dreams, everything torn into pieces..."
Sandra and detectice Cruz didn't know what to do. Both doctors were crying wildly.
"Sandra, thank you for your help. Thank you too, detective Cruz. Do whatever you need to do, I don't care anymore... excuse me!"
When the ocean-eyed girl was leaving, they heard a voice:
"That's enough! Danielle, stop!"
It was Katie. She came from the next room, where she was listening to the entire conversation with the others.
"Detective Cruz, hiw are you? Ms Oh?"
The cardiologist was sucked next to the exit door.
"Danielle, do you need me to call an otolaryngologist for you? Didn't you hear me?"
The blonde sighed hard and turned around, facing her mom.
"No, thank you!" The younger Savre replied sarcastically.
"Great! For a moment I thought you needed one to wash your ears, since you hadn't heard me..."
The blonde just put a fake smile kn her face.
"Detective Cruz, ms Oh, I beg your pardon, but from now on, this conversation will be with Randy. I ask you to forgive me, but I need to take these two doctors with me. I need to check their ages, because it seems to me that I hired 2 children for management position at my hospital. Doctor Savre, doctor Spampinato, follow me. NOW!!!!"
"But there's nothing else to say, mom..."
"I said now, Danielle. I don't want to listen anything. This is not your mother speaking, this is your boss, are we clear?
"Yes..." The blue-eyed girl answered.
The brunette didn't say anything but, excuse me and left. Kathie stayed there, waiting for Danielle.
Meanwhile, Randy and Connor arrived and they started to talk to Detective Cruz and Sandra.
