"Sorpresa!"

The cardiologist's eyes almost popped out of her face. She immediately left the bags on the table and ran towards her beautiful girlfriend  devouring her mouth and exploring her body with her agile and dexterous hands.

"Oh my God, love! You're a delight!"

"Damn it, I want to fuck you right now!"
"What are you waiting for, bambina?" The italian replied completely horny.

Danielle started kissing, nibbling and sucking Stefania's lips, ear, neck... her hands quickly found its favorite place, Stefania's folds.

"Doctor..."
"Fuck! Can't you knock on the door before coming in? Who allowed you to do something like that?" The head of obstetrics yelled really pissed while she closed her coat. Danielle was... The other woman, meanwhile, stood there in shock, staring at the both doctors. Stef was so angry that she could barely form a sentence, so Danielle said seriously:

"Can you withdraw, please? Wait outside to be called. Doctor Spampinato is a little bit busy, like you see. Beyond that, where is your education?"
"Go now! Go away! And you don't have to wait for me, because I won't talk to you! Get the hell out of my sight, now! Or I will call the security!"

The woman smile sarcastically and challenged:

"Oh, please, call them! Then I'll be able to tell everyone that the virtuous doctor Spampinato  was banging the hot doctor in her office. Let's see who will lose more! Me or you, who will be kicked out of this hospital."

The mysterious woman's words infuriated Danielle so much, that she took charge of the situation, saying full of hate:

"Oh, don't worry. Stef runs the hospital, just like me! So, go ahead, make whatever scandal you want. But I warn you in advance, be prepared to face the consequences! I don't know who the fuck are you, but you've already crossed all limits and my patience has a limit, believe me! Leave this office right now on your own free will or I will personally guarantee you do! And just one more thing: don't you dare to talk to her like that anymore! Get out!"

Randy was going after his daughter  and the nurse told him she was at Stefania's office. So, the older man went there. When the director got the cardiologists's office he heard Danielle yelling, so he got in asking:

"What the hell is going on here?"
"Oh, you're the one who was missing! Here we go, lady. This is doctor Randy Savre,  the owner and director of this hospital. You said you'd tell what you saw, didn't you? Here's your chance, but thinking better, let me have the pleasure to do this..."

The woman froze... and the blue-eyed girl continued:

"Well, this person got here without knocking and she kinda saw Stefania and I..."
"Okay,  I understood. " The man cut his daughter.
"Yes, somehow she thinks she can come here and threat Stefania.  So, Stef asked her to leave and she said she wouldn't because she wanted to talk to her. Then, Stefania said she wouldn't talk to her and sent this woman away. That was when I told her to leave and she threatened us, saying she'd make a scandal. So, be my guest, spit it now!" The blonde provoked.
"Bambina, please, calm down." The Ob/Gyn reasoned.
"No, baby, I can't. I won't allow anyone to come here and threat you!"
"Dani, please, take Stefania out of here. Both of you need to calm down." Randy demanded.
"Okay.  Come on beautiful. "

The orher woman opened  her mouth to say something  but as soon as she saw Randy's face, she gave up.

"And you... who do you think you are to come into my hospital  and threaten my doctors?"
"D-doctor S-Savre..."
"No. I don't want to hear. Just go home. We talk later. I'll be in contact.  Have a nice day."

The woman had no choice, but leave once Randy showed her the way to leave.

Meanwhile,  Danielle was taking Stefania to her office. The italian was visibly shaken and completely cuddled up to her girlfriend.

"Baby, are you okay?"

The hazel-eyed girl just nodded. She didn't say a word, but the blonde knew she wasn't.  When they got in the elevator, Danielle turned to her girlfriend and kissed her with so much affection and love, and said:

"My love, it's okay.  I'm here and I won't let anything or anyone hurt you. I will protect you, my princess! What happened there was my fault, forgive me. It's just that when I saw you there, so beautiful and sexy my entire world stopped in that instant and I ended up forgetting to lock the door, but don't worry,  okay? Everything is gonna be okay,  baby. I promise you!"

The brunette started to cry.

"Hey, come here. Shhhh, it's ok, baby." Danielle comforted her girlfriend by strocking her back and pecking her lips.

Then the elevator stopped and Stephanie got in. When she saw the scene, the older Savre was immediately worried.

"Oh my God. What's going on? Stef, are you okay?"

The almond-eyed girl just nodded again. Stephanie then looked at her sister who explained her everything. The orthopedist got pissed.

"I'm gonna kill this motherfucker!"
"Hey, calm down. She's gone. Dad took care of everything. By the way, where were you?"
"In the cirurgic center. I'll have a hip prothesis to implant."
"Oh, okay. " they were already in the cardiology floor.
"I will just take some stuffs and will be back to the cirurgic center."
"Ok. I'm sure it will be a complete success!"
"Thanks, baby. Now, take Stef home. She needs a break."

That was the first time the italian said something:

"No, I have patients..."
"Hey sis, don't worry, I will talk to doctor Ludington.  She can cover you. And for you, little one, I'll ask Connor to see your patients as well. Just go home, and when Stef is feeling better, you can come back if you want - or not. Okay? I will talk to daddy too."
"Okay sis. Thank you so much. Tell Connor  I don't have any surgery today, so he can reschedule my patients if it's more convenient for him, okay?"
"Okay,  don't worry.  Now, get your beautiful asses out of here!" The older sister said amused.
"Okay see you later, Steph.  I love you! Come on, my love, I'll drive you home, princess."

The blonde was starting to get worried about her girlfriend, who was very quiet and all she did was cry.

"Stef, baby, what is going on? Why are you that upset?"
"Danielle, we're gonna talk, okay? I promise you. But I just neednm a little time to get the courage." The Ob/Gyn said blankly.
💭 Danielle? She didn't call me amore mio or bambina? Shit, what the hell is going on?
"Okay..." The surgeon just replied really hurt

The rest of the way was done in silence. All the time the blue-eyed girl looked at her girlfriend who was still crying...

"Baby, I need to stop here for a minute. Do you mind?"
"No." It was all the hazel-eyed girl managed to say.
"Okay.  I'll be right back." The cardiologist said Sally and left.

Less than 5 minutes later, Danielle came back with a package in her hands.

"Okay,  ready to go?" The blonde asked cautiously.
"Sì." (Yes)

When they got home, Stef said she was going to take a shower and when the surgeon asked if she wanted some company, she just said:

"Not today..." and left , leaving the ocean-eyed girl stucked, hurt and really in shock behind, thinking about what would she do if the love of her life leaves her...
