I was at the airport looking for the new couple. Asher gave me a call while they were in flight. Jango, Anna, Derek, and Ruby’s parents was here with me. I looked around then saw Asher walking with Ruby his hand was around her waist. “give me the camera.” I whispered to Derek he handed it over we wanted proof that Asher had a mate now. I took a picture and watched as they walked out Asher was carrying both bags. “Ruby!!” she looked up and smiled at me. We all ran over and Jango took the bags as I hugged my cousin. “so glad your home some was PMSing since you left.” I nudged my thumb at Asher. He growled at me and said “Tony!” I smiled and she giggled.

I loved making my cousin laugh. Asher looked to her and said “that is a fat lie I wasn’t that bad.” Derek laughed and said “yeah ok.” He glared at his beta and Jango asked “how was your trip Ruby?” she shrugged and said “it was fun sad at first but in the end I found my mate.” Asher smirked and held her hand as we walked out of the airport and two the cars. I got into my jeep and Derek got in passenger. I watched as Ruby talked with the parents and Asher walked over to my car. He got in back and Ruby followed.

“avoiding the twenty questions are we?” Ruby nodded and stated “you know me so well.” I chuckled and Asher took her hand in his. I started the jeep and pulled out. We drove out and headed home. As I pulled up to the house I saw Brook, Hank and most of the pack either at the door and looking out the windows. I rolled my eyes and Asher got out he helped Ruby out and Derek jumped out I watched as the new couple walked to the house. Asher would now be sleeping in Ruby’s room I wasn’t too sure I was ok with that… but I really had no choice it was Ruby’s life. She was like my little sister all I wanted to do was protect her from any more pain. I looked at her she walked into the house smiling. As I watched I found myself wishing I found my own mate. I wondered what she would be like.

We were in the kitchen with the pack having a fun time just chatting away. Then Jango walked in and said “Ruby since your vacation school is on so time to go back.” I groaned... Savanna like I didn’t have enough troubles. I looked at the clock 6:00 I sighed and Asher wrapped his arms around my waist. “don’t worry you’ll be ok.” I smirked and then Tony stated “until the males of the school see you again.” I hit my head on the table. “don’t remind me.” Asher then asked. “what?” Tony laughed saying “almost every human in the school hits on her not to mention Savanna wants her head.” Asher didn’t look please then he stated “maybe she can get home schooled.”

I laughed Asher wanted to keep me away from all the guys at the school. “Asher there humans.” He grumbled and said “that just means they don’t accept our ways.” I laughed and he crossed his arms. “I don’t want you to be around males yet.” I laughed again and he looked at me “sorry instinct.” I nodded and he sat by me in the chair. “I know it’s your instinct but calm down Tony will be there along with Jango.” He shook his head and said “that does not make me feel better.” I leaned on him and stated “come on it’s gonna be ok.” He nodded and I got up “I’m going to bed.” Asher got up and followed me to my room, I laid on my bed and he laid beside me. “you going to school tomorrow?” he asked wrapping his arms around me. I nodded and said “I have to.” He groaned and pulled me closer. I smiled and closed my eyes “night Asher.” He nodded and whispered “night.”

I woke the next day Asher was still fast asleep. I got up and started to get ready for school. I walked down stairs seeing Tony waiting. “thought you would never get out of bed.” He stated I glared and shoved his shoulder. We got into his jeep and we headed to school. Jango was already there waiting. I walked into the school and Jango nodded we headed in and I saw what I didn’t there stood Savanna wither friends in the middle of the hall waiting. “welcome back loser.” She stated “not in the mood tate.” I said shoving past her shoulder.
