I woke up in my room I sat up and sighed this was nuts. That fight yesterday what was that about. I got up and walked down stairs. I saw Tony sitting at the counter. “what do you live in the kitchen?” I asked he chuckled and shrugged then asked “you ok?” I nodded and asked “where’s Asher?” he smirked and said “resting I suppose Nathan got a good chunk out of his leg.” I nodded I walked outside I wanted to run. I shifted quickly and went on a run. What was Nathan’s problem? I ran through the forest at top speed. I watched to clear my head with this. I mean it made no sense he rejected me so why did he attack Asher? Maybe they were enemies?

I sat up in my bed and sighed. My leg was mostly healed with my wolf DNA but it was still in a little pain. Nathan wouldn’t let up with Ruby he wants her but not the way I do he wants to make her his so she can’t be happy I will not let that happen. I will be Ruby’s only love and I will not let him hurt her more then he already has. I got up from the bed and limped to the door. As I opened the door I saw Ruby standing there. “Asher. You should be resting.” She stated leading me back to my bed. I sat down and she climbed into my lap. “is your leg ok?” I nodded and asked “are you ok?” she smiled at me and said “I’m ok thanks for asking.” If she didn’t move soon she would feel something she wasn’t ready for. I tried to keep myself calm. “why are you here?” I asked she smiled at me saying “I wanted to see if you were ok.” I took a deep breath through my nose as she moved closer.

She ran her hand up my chest asking “you sure your ok?” I nodded not trusting my voice to sound normal at this moment. She was inches from my face, I wanted to just kiss her so badly. As if reading my thoughts she moved forward and pressed her lips to mine. I kissed back without hesitation, I laced my hand into the back of her hair deepening our first kiss. She moaned against my lips and I slipped my tongue in. She ran her hands up my chest and down again. I groaned and she pushed me to lay down not breaking our kiss. I let my hands wander her perfect body, she moaned against me, there was no way I could keep calm now. I sprung to life and she stopped kissing for a second she looked into my eyes and smiled. Then continued kissing me. As we were making out she let her right hand travel down my chest and to the brim of my shorts. Upon impulse my hips bucked against her hand.

She kissed down my chin raking her nails along my chest as she went. A shiver went down my spine as she did so. Oh man. “Asher..” she stated as her kisses reached my neck. I groaned holding her hips against my hard on. “Asher..” she moaned as her kisses reached my chest. “Asher…” she was panting my name now she was at the brim of my shirts with those soft lips. “ASHER!” I shot up seeing Derek my Beta at my bed room door. I looked around Aw shit. My head  hit the pillow once again. “what were you dreaming about?” Derek asked. I growled at him “nothing.” I stated he laughed and walked away saying “yeah ok.” I sat up and sighed. Man that dream was so real. I swung my legs over the edge of the bed and got up. I had some business in the bathroom this morning.

I came to the beach and walked into the hut house. Where I leave an extra bathing suit. I snatched it and went to hide as I dressed. I walked out in my white bikini. I grabbed a board and ran to the water. Surfing always relaxed me that and my special spot. As I looked for a good wave I saw nothing coming. I looked at the ocean and thought about the beach day. I had so much fun with Asher teaching him to surf. I shook my head. I wanted nothing but to believe there was such thing as a second mate but why go through all that pain again? Why bother putting myself through that twice once was enough to almost kill me. I didn’t want to get hurt again.
