Tissues littered the floor by the overflowing rubbish bin. I was supposed to take it out the other day.

Clothes piled up on the leather chair beside my bookshelf. Some were dirty, some were clean. Other things covered the clothes such as a trench coat and a purse. I was supposed to have cleared it all off months ago.

The shower curtain needed washing as did the sheets on my bed, the carpet needed vacuuming, bits and bobs needed to be put away, the floors needed to be swept and mopped, all the wooden furniture needed dusting and polishing, the refrigerator needed cleaning out, the dishes needed washing, my closet needed organising.....

I just....never got around to it.
