Flashback to last year...
"Welcome, home, angel," Namjoon greeted his boyfriend as usual with a large dimpled smile, swooping him off his feet and carrying him inside once he'd arrived home from the hospital, exhausted.
"Thank you, Joonie," Jin beamed up at him as he let himself be carried upstairs to their room bridal style, before burying his face at the crook Namjoon's neck, sniffing eagerly. "You smell different today... I like it."
"I wore the body spray Yoongi hyung gave me," Namjoon said, enjoying how cuddly Jin was being right now, smelling him and snuggling upto him.
"Hmm, it smells manlier," Jin commented, his cheeks glowing pink when Namjoon smirked at him knowingly as he carried him up the stairs, earning a smack from the older. "S-stop with that smirk!"
"As you wish, my prince." Namjoon smooched his cheek, biting it softly and playfully, earning a groan, chuckling at Jin's shyness, though it'd been about ten years they'd been dating.
Once inside their bedroom, Namjoon gracefully put him down, and once he was standing on his feet, the younger went behind him and helped him take off his long white coat.
"How did your day go, baby?" Namjoon asked, smiling as he placed his hands on Jin's small waist from behind, pressing a kiss on his nape.
"Hmph, tiring," Jin huffed, pouting as he leaned back for Namjoon's loving touch. "It was nice hanging out with Soobin, though. I'm late because of him, but it was worth it."
"Binnie's so adorable, hmm?" Namjoon chuckled, his chin resting on Jin's broad shoulder as he helped him unbuckle his belt.
As if he wasn't the one who'd asked Soobin to distract Jin for him for an hour or two while he took care of certain important business.
"Yeah, I wish we could adopt him!" Jin pouted even more as he turned around in Namjoon's arms to look at him. "How about we kidnap him?"
"Hmm, sounds complicated," Namjoon smiled fondly when he heard his lover's crazy plan, pecking the his puckered lips.
"I wonder what he was upto," Jin said curiously, tracing Namjoon's cheeks and drawing random patterns on them with his fingers, the younger's own ones working on unbuttoning some of Jin's shirt buttons to help him feel cooler and more comfortable. "It was as if Binnie was trying to stop me from heading home or something like that."
"I'm sure he wanted to spend some time with a beauty like you." Namjoon grinned, pulling Jin to his chest and kissing his forehead, playing with his soft brown hair. "Everyone loves you, anyway. And if they don't, they're dumb or just born stupid."
Jin giggled, reaching up on his tip-toes to nuzzle his nose with Namjoon's, arms wrapped around his shoulders. "You're being so sweet as usual today, but something tells me that you're upto something. What's going on in that sexy brain of yours, Joonie?"
"My Jinnie knows me so well, hmm?" Namjoon smiled, kissing him again. "Also, it's a surprise for now... do you feel too hot, baby? Want to go to the rooftop?"
