(Justin's pov)
Christie's passed out on the floor.
"You motherfucker!"
I raged, grabbed another knife, and stabbed his arm. I pushed him to the window and banged his head against the glass until the window cracked. Jason then grabbed a syringe and injected me in my wounded side, making me wince and groan painfully. I don't know what was in that syringe, but I hope it's not bad. He then pushed me near the hospital bed and wrapped some kind of wire around my neck. I felt myself unable to breathe. I tossed and jerked, reaching for my backup knife.
"Die already!"
Jason hissed, and I started to grow weak from lack of air. Finally, I grabbed the knife and stabbed him anywhere I could, which was his leg.
"Shit!"
He released me, causing me to fall on the floor and cough desperately.
"You're pretty hard to kill."
Jason chuckled then kicked me while I tried to catch my breath, making it harder to breathe.
"Well, we are related."
Jason kicked me again, right in the ribcage. I felt terrible, my body just wanting to give up, but I'm not. I stood back up and tackled him to the flood.
"I'm so done with you! Go fucking die!"
I grabbed a gun and pressed it against his head.
"Kill me. I dare you. You think I give a fuck?"
Jason snickered.
"This is for everything you've done. You deserve to go to hell for fucking up my life."
I set the gun as he snickered. Finally...I ended it all and shot my brother in the head, blood spurting on my arms and shirt. I sighed and collapsed on the floor. My side hurt so bad, and I felt lightheaded. I really don't feel good. I looked down and covered my wound with a nearby towel. I found the empty syringe on the floor. It read "Deadly Toxins" on it.
"Fucking shit."
I breathed out and pressed the towel deeper into my wound. Christie was passed out on the floor, and Drew was still crying. I crawled to Christie and lifted her in my arms. Her head was bleeding, but thankfully, she was still breathing. I hauled her over my shoulder and carried Drew in my arms.
"Guys, we need to get out of here...now."
I opened the door and looked for any cops.
"Justin, are you ok?"
Stacy asked in concern.
"We need to go."
I handed Drew to her then moved Christie to a bridal-style position.
"Bieber, there are police outside. There's no way out."
Khalil spoke in a shushed tone, because there were nurses watching us.
"...Are you ok?"
Ryan looked at my wound.
"There has to be a way...C'mon. We need to go."
I rushed up the emergency stairway. They ran behind me until I reached the rooftop. This is the only way.
"Do any of you know how to fly a helicopter?"
The hospital keeps a helicopter for emergency reasons. I know it's a weird idea, but I promised Christie that everything would be ok.
"What? Are you out of your mind?! We can't fly a helicopter!"
Khalil exclaimed.
"Do you wanna get locked up?"
I felt my veins grow numb. That fucking poison is getting through my system.
"I'll give it a shot. I flew a plane once."
Brie volunteered. Thank goodness.
"Get in before the cops get up here."
We all stepped into the helicopter.
"Ok, I need to focus."
Brie, for the first time, seemed nervous.
"C'mon, babe, you can do this."
Za was seated beside her. I heard the helicopter turn on. Damn, I hope she doesn't get us killed.
"Oh, shit! I'm doing it!"
Brie grew excited as we started rising up.
"Ok-ok, where do I go?"
Brie turned nervous again.
"Land on a building by the airport."
I ordered as I studied Christie. I wiped the blood off her left temple with my sleeve.
"Mmm."
She started to whimper.
"Christie, baby, are you awake?"
I brushed my thumb over her cheek.
"Justin."
My name was barely audible from of her mouth.
"Baby, are you hurt?"
I asked soft and gentle.
"I think so. My head hurts."
She reached for her head, and I sat her up with caution.
"It's bleeding a bit."
I kept my sleeve against her head.
"Why? Justin, what happened to your brother? Where's Drew?"
Christie started to panic, so I calmly shushed her.
"I killed my brother. I got Drew back. He's with Stacy."
I pointed to Drew, who was in Stacy's arms.
"Is he ok?"
She mumbled.
"He's fine."
I nodded, feeling my body grow weak and head get light.
"Where are we?"
Christie looked around in confusion.
"In a helicopter. The cops were outside the hospital."
I answered and winced from my stinging in my side.
"What? Justin, are you ok?"
Christie shifted her eyes to my wound.
"Don't worry. I'm fine. Just a little cut."
I covered my injury with my hand.
"I don't know, Justin. That looks pretty bad."
Ryan pointed out as I felt my breathing get unusually complicated.
"Justin, what's wrong? Justin."
Christie grabbed my face and hands.
"I'm fine, baby. Just a little...tired."
My words slurred, and it felt difficult to speak.
"I don't think that's good."
Ryan sounded concerned.
"I'm fine. We...need. to. get. out. of here."
I took breaths in between my words.
"We're here! The airport is right across the street."
Brie announced, and we got out. We were on top of a roof. When I got off, I realized that I found it hard to keep balance.
"Justin, are you losing blood? What's wrong?"
Christie took my hand.
"I doubt it."
I'm not losing too much blood, but I do have poison in my body.
"Lets go."
I started toward the elevator.
"Move your hand."
Christie examined my wound as we went down on the elevator.
"Justin, this isn't a little cut. Did you get stabbed?"
Christie had worry in her eyes. She must've forgot what she saw before Jason knocked her out.
"It doesn't bother me."
I don't want her worrying. We need to get out before the police come looking.
"We need to go."
I walked out and started to the airport, which was about 2 blocks away. That poison is making me lose focus. My head spun, but I still managed to keep my balance. Once we entered the airport, I washed the blood off my hands and put a stack of paper towels in my shirt to hide the wound. Security would never let me through if they saw this wound.
"Drop all your weapons, guys."
I ordered as I tossed my extra gun in the trash can. Khalil, Za, and Ryan emptied their pockets before we all walked out. I walked up to the desk and scanned the list of flights. There was a 4am flight to Canada. Perfect. It's 3:45am.
"We need a flight to Canada."
I hid my pain and put on a friendly tone.
"How many?"
The lady at the desk asked.
"9."
I replied, using the desk to hold my balance.
"Ok, you're scheduled."
The lady smiled.
"Just take whatever's left."
I handed her the check that my mom gave me. It's probably barely enough to pay for the flight. I've spent a lot on it, and I'm sure Jason used it too.
"Ok. Have a safe flight."
The lady spoke; then we headed to the security. Fuck.

(Surprise! I'm posting early before I celebrate by brother's birthday. And also wish @biebselena_5sos a happy birthday too💜💕)
