THURSDAY
I decided to skip school today
The semester is coming to an end and I'm already done with all my exams so I probably didn't miss much
Besides, yesterday was a pretty long day
We came back to the dorms at 3 in the morning so I needed to make up for my lost sleep
I woke up an hour ago, showered, got dressed and am currently on my way to the campus
It's almost 1pm, which means that Kate will be done with her last class for today and we can have lunch together
I was standing by the entrance of the school building, checking my phone non-stop to see if she texted me anything
But instead of her name, someone's else's popped up on my screen
MY NATHAN <3: "I set your tattoo appointment tomorrow at 4pm, is that okay with you?"
Yesterday I found out that Nathan actually tattooed what I wrote down on his arm
Which also means he broke our deal of getting a tattoo together
I took advantage of that and decided to get one myself
I've been considering getting one for a while now and I feel like the timing's perfect
I began typing on my keyboard right away
ME: "yeah it's perfect"
Just a second later he already replied
MY NATHAN <3: "are you finally going to tell me what tattoo you're getting?"
ME: "nope"
MY NATHAN <3: "come on, why so mysterious?"
ME: "you'll see what it is when I get it done"
Well, a little later that is
I'm kind of looking forward to this whole 'showing it to him' thing so I have everything planned out
"oh you're here already" I heard a voice say, making me look up from my phone
Kate was standing before me, looking at me curious, probably wondering why I'm smiling at my phone
"so where do you wanna go?" she asked as she began walking
I followed after her, putting my phone in the bag
"I feel like eating something fried" I said
"then lets go to that food stand that's nearby, I heard they got the best fried chicken in town"
"okay"
"so" she started after I got by her side
"you're seriously getting a tattoo?"
"yeah I am"
"so what are you getting? something with a meaning or just a random one?"
"it will have a meaning"
"now I'm even more curious, tell me what it is" she begged
"that's for Nathan to find out first"
She let out a dramatic gasp
"you're not telling your best friend first?"
I stopped in my track and turned to her
"what?" she asked
I just stared at her for a moment before speaking up again
"if I tell you are you going to tell Isaac?"
