Can't run away ,
Though my chains unlocked
I still end up in this same spot
Where you left with no goodbyes
In the place where my heart did die!
This pieces of my shattered self ,
They're corrupting my sane mind
You left so suddenly
I need the reason but you just said to me ,
" I'm sorry! " then you walked out.
I tried to comprehend and patiently wait ,
But my efforts were just all in vain
You look so happy now ,
You're smiling again
It's sad cause I know ... It's not for me anymore.
If it takes time ,
Maybe years to pass this by
I'll fix myself ,
Time will heal this wounds...
It's still there but I need to go on.
It may take a while ,
But slowly getting there
It's just a matter of time
I'll leave all traces of you ,
and move on!..
