'what the hell happened in here?',
I heard Derek yell as he walked into the room I had just been attacked by a patient in. I rolled over stirring in pain,
'get security in here now!',
Derek yelled before getting on the ground to see me immediately putting his hands on my head holding my neck still,
'hi baby; I need you to hold as still as possible for me and I'm sure you know why',
Derek said to me, I let out a breath as I was happy to see him. My eyes slowly began to close as I felt the sudden urge that I wanted to sleep,
'baby I know it hurts but I need you to stay awake',
Derek said to me, he began to blow air on my face trying to keep me awake,
'no I'm gonna sleep',
I said to him as the pain completely overtook me. Derek shook his head at me,
'no baby, keep your eyes on me okay? I need you to keep your eyes open',
Derek said to me. I was slowly moved on to a stretcher and had a neck brace put on,
'you're going to be okay baby'.
