'y/n do you want to scrub in on my surgery?',
Callie asked me as I stood there looking at the operating board, I went to nod my head but felt a hand on my shoulder,
'no she will not; someone has to go home and rest',
I heard Derek say, I turned and raised my eyebrows at him, he shook his head at me,
'I am not saying that as her boyfriend, I am saying it as her superior as she has worked over her hours for the week',
Derek said, I looked at him extremely annoyed,
'as much as I hate to say no Callie, he is right I have like doubled my operating hours for this week',
I said to her, she smiled at me slightly before nodding her head and walking away. I let out an exhausted sigh and slowly began to keep walking with Derek by my side,
'you okay baby?',
Derek asked me curious as to why I had a somewhat disgusted look on my face. I shook my head at him,
'Derek I haven't showered in four days',
I said not entirely sure what else to say, he nodded his head at me,
