'y/n you've been limping around in pain for three days what's going on?',
I heard Link ask me walking behind me in the halls, I sighed slightly,
'it's nothing I'm fine',
I said to him not wanting him to know, he put his hand on my back; I thought it was a gesture of comfort but he slowly started applying pressure on my back. I grabbed his hand and shook my head at him,
'link I'm fine seriously don't worry about it; I just over did it with my hours in the OR this week',
I said trying to comfort him, he shook his head at me and continued to feel around my hip. Link applied more pressure on it, I groaned in pain almost immediately falling into him as the pain became to much,
'L-Link',
I stuttered out, he immediately put his hand on my back to steady me as I tried to find my footing. Link looked down at me confused,
'y/n that pain isn't nothing; I am taking you to go and get and MRI right now',
Link said to me, I shook my head at him,
'Link no; I don't want to have another surgery, the last one nearly killed me, I don't mean physically I mean mentally',
I said to him. He slowly began to nod his head at me, Link looked at me concerned,
'baby, we will just be checking it out. this isn't a guarantee that you will need surgery, I just want to check it out okay'.
