'okay let's do this',
I said stepping on to my operating step I had to stand in because I was quite short. I began to operate and was close to finishing when the operation room door swung open, it shocked me so I quickly turned to face who it was and realised it was Jackson. Even though he had a mask on I could see the anger on his face,
'can I help you Doctor Avery?',
I asked him trying to remain workplace appropriate, he shook his head at me,
'Doctor y/l/n care to tell me what you are doing',
Jackson somewhat asked me, I looked at him not entirely sure of what he was doing in my OR. I let out a breath,
'well if you must know I am about to finish a thoracic aortic dissection repair',
I said to him knowing that was not actually what he was asking me. I heard Jackson move towards me,
'I am just finishing this so can the conversation you are about to have with me wait until I finish or would you like to uh',
I said to him slightly annoyed but quickly stopped and stumbled back slightly. I put the tools down and tried to regain my balance but wasn't able to, I felt Jackson's hands behind me as I fell into him; collapsing backward. I was in and out of consciousness as I fell,
'finish this up now and can someone please get a bed ready for her outside!'.
