46 - Bunny's Day Part 1

"Happy birthday Sunaree!"

Its going to be a chaotic but fun day today! Its Bunny's first birthday. After a whole month of preparations and all, everyone is now ready for the grand first birthday celebration of the youngest member of the Anuntrakul Family.

Our Sunaree's first birthday is a huge topic in our circle. Everyone is excited to receive the invitation for the party, some would even flex it to their social media accounts. But as much as we want to keep it private, its still a must. I dont want to disappoint my grandmother too. Its a part of our family tradition which im thankful Mon is very accepting. She loves family traditions even if its as grand as this.

But aside from the big dinner later, we have our own smaller and more private celebration today. A birthday breakfast that only our family and close friends are invited.

"Are you excited for today Bun-bun?" Mon said as she lay beside me, setting Bunny between as. Its still 5 am but im sure everyone in the house is now busy preparing for our simple birthday breakfast celebration.

"Happy birthday my baby Bunny!" i said and kissed my girl.

"Da-dah!" she shrieked

"When are you going to call me Mami sweetie?" Mon pouted. I just chuckled at her, i know she's waiting for the time our little Bun will finally call her Mami, so am i too. I know how great the feeling is the first time Bun called me Dada instead of Mama but im really very happy.

"She'll get there Mami. Im sure she will. She loves you so much. She might say my name first  but i know she loves you more than she loves me. You two are inseparable since day one, she loves your attention more than mine. She loves your cuddles, kisses and hugs. So dont be sad Mami, she'll get to call your name soon."

Mon just smiled at me. "You really know what to say in times like this Samanun."

"I just want you to be happy, we dont have the time to be sad on our girl's birthday. We want today to be a fun and exciting day for her and for us too."

"Of course, all the best for our Bunny."

We're now ready for our pajama breakfast party. Mon and I are wearing a matching bunny printed dark blue pajamas and Bun is wearing a white bunny onesie. She is so cute and i cnat help but kiss her bunny ears while Mon is busy taking photos and videos.

"The birthday girls is here!" Mon announced. Our family members, and our friends are all present too, all in their pajamas.

"Happy birthday Bunny Reen!" everyone said in chorus. Bunny who loves every soul we are facing now flashed them with her sweet smile and gave them claps of excitement.

"Our Reeny is so cute!!!" Neung said as she took my daughter from me.

"When is she not Khun Neung?" Jim said and held Bunny's hand.

"These people are so whipped with our girl." i said and hugged Mon instead.

"As if we are not like them." Mon said with a chuckle.

"We are at the top of the list actually. Its one of the things im proud to admit. Being whipped with our daughter as well as you too."

"Yes you truly are whipped for us Dada." Mon giggled.

"its because i love you two so much. I'll for everyhtung for the both of you. I will move mountains and clear the sea of is need to." I told her.
