"Bunny!"
I rushed to carry my daughter, i held her close to my heart and rubbed her back. I felt like my heart jumped out of my body when i saw my daughter, laying on her stomach and alone in our living room couch.
"Sam? What happened?" Mon called, rushing in with a glass of water in her hand.
"No, i wanna ask first. What happened here Mami? Why is Bunny alone in here?" i inquired, Mon just smiled at hug me.
"She's not alone Love. Look." she then pointed at Megan who's still seated on the floor not that far from where Bunny is.
"Hello Ta-tam." the girl waved and rushed to us. The table hid her from my sight. I just sighed and opened my other arm and she went to gave me a hug.
"Sorry for that sweetheart. I did not see you there. "
"It's ok Ta-tam."
"Why are you here anyways? Where's your mother?" i looked around but my friend is not present
"P'Jim dropped her here minutes after you left. She needs to do some errands for her mother in law so she asked if she can leave Meg here. She's a good little help in looking after Bunny while i get some water. Well, before you came in and panicked." i saw my wife smirk and tease me. I just rolled my eyes and smiled after. I then gave my attention to the big girl on my lap.
"You did? That's great P'Meg. You're doing your job well big girl."
"Yes. I love Reen Ta-tam."
"I know that sweetheart. And Reen loves you too."
Meg gave us her megawatt smile as Mon hugs her. The 4 of us settled to the couch with me holding Bunny and Megan on Mon's lap.
"Mami, what should we do for Bunny's 1st month celebration? I think its a trend now since i saw some video logs about celebrating their childs monthly birthday. I want to do that with Bunny."
Mon just looked at me, amused with what i said
"Honestly speaking, im thinking of that too. But i cant think of a unique idea to celebrate it."
It took as some minutes of silence until i remember something.
"When we were kids, Grandma told us how our parents visit the temple everytime something great happened to our family. Even our smallest achievement in school, they would go and give thanks. How about every month, until Bunny's first birthday, we celebrate it with going to temple for merit giving? Then on her birthdays we will give her a big birthday party to celebrate?"
Mon smiled at my suggestion. "That's lovely Love. Im sure grandma and my parents would love the idea too. We should tell our friends."
"I'll call Grandma. I know she'll be happy to arrange this." i took my Phone and called my grandmother who's very excited to hear the news from me. She even wanted to do it in the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, to give her Reen good luck and fortune.
