Mei woke up in her cozy green room, surrounded by an array of dragon-themed decorations. After getting dressed, Mei headed downstairs to make herself a quick breakfast of waffles. Once satisfied, she grabbed her food and exited the house through the garage, where only a blanket hung as a makeshift door. Mei strolled through the town with a cheerful smile, greeting people she knew along the way. She waved at the group of cool kids—Kil, Kiti, Ati, Rer, and Bob—who were hanging out on the corner. As she passed by Mayor Sheila, Mei offered a polite nod and continued her walk to Chica's Pizza, her favorite spot for breakfast. There, she ordered a French Fry pizza, her go-to choice for a delicious start to the day.
With the pizza box in hand, Mei made her way back, passing by a young child named Bo, who was playing on the sidewalk. Finally, she arrived back at the house where her friends were gathered. The scene inside was a bit chaotic: Red Son held a yellow bubble, MK looked utterly confused, Tang appeared shocked, and Pigsy, brandishing a frying pan, looked ready to defend the group from some unseen threat.
"HEY EVERYONE, I GOT SOME BREAKFAST PIZZA!" Mei shouted, instantly grabbing everyone's attention.
"Oh hey, Mei! We found a gem in a bubble," MK said, pointing at the yellow bubble in Red Son's hands.
Mei glanced at the bubble, noting the importance of the find. "Whoops, I gotta go help John set up his rave. See ya, gems, later!" she said casually before making a quick exit, leaving the others to their discoveries. As she left, Red Son carefully tucked the bubble into his gem, ensuring it was secure.
Mei continued her walk through town, passing Sandy’s Boat at the dock where Sandy was generously giving away fish to the locals. She then passed by the bustling Shadow Park, a theme park named after the legendary Shadow Monster, Macaque. The park was a popular spot, especially for those fascinated by the tales of the Shadow Monster that once roamed these lands. Mei made her way past the mayor's office before finally reaching her destination: the nightclub known as Immortal Peaches.
Inside, the 'Shadowfen Monkeys' band was preparing for their next big performance. Mei spent some time helping the band members set up, enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of the club. In return for her assistance, they gave her a bag of fresh peaches as a token of gratitude. With a smile, Mei bid them farewell and headed back to the gem's hideout, where she handed out the peaches to her friends before heading home for the night.
As she crawled into bed, Mei had no idea that the peaceful routine of today would soon give way to the chaos of tomorrow. Little did she know that the events set in motion would challenge everything she thought she knew about her world and the friends she held dear.
