The day began as usual at the hideout. Pigsy busily prepared his famous noodles, and Tang was lounging on the white couch, engrossed in the stories left behind by their leader. Red Son, surrounded by a makeshift bed of pillows and blankets, was still asleep. Mk was nowhere to be found, Mei was on the floor watching TV, and Sandy was also in the house, catching up on his own entertainment.
Everything seemed normal until Red Son descended the stairs and nearly walked out the front door. Mei, glancing away from the TV, asked, "Oh, Red Son, where are you going?"
"I'm going to look for Mk. I haven't seen him in a while," Red Son replied, clutching a diamond-shaped device.
Just then, Pigsy called everyone to breakfast, and everyone, except Mk and Red Son, gathered around the large dinner table covered with a tablecloth. Pigsy served waffles, and the conversation shifted to Mk's absence. Pigsy questioned, "Hey, where's Mk?" The others shrugged in uncertainty.
Red Son left for the coast, where he twisted the diamond-shaped device, revealing a holographic screen. A woman with long black hair styled into horns and a red dress with gold trims appeared. She asked, "Red Son, did you find the gem?"
Red Son held up a yellow bubble from his gem and responded, "Affirmative, Mother. Dispatch a rocket ship for me."
In the afternoon, Mk was still missing. Mei was absorbed in a video game about defeating shadow monsters with Sandy, Pigsy was making lunch, and Tang was out grocery shopping. Red Son remained at the coast, waiting patiently. Mei noticed Mk's absence again and expressed her frustration, "Where the heck is Mk? He hasn't been home for hours."
Pigsy sighed, "I wish I knew. If he doesn't show up by tomorrow morning, we'll go look for him. For now, eat up. We have a mission after lunch, and we won't be back until evening."
After lunch, the team set off for their mission in the Icecave, a massive cavernous space. They encountered a small gem creature resembling a green and black spider, which they quickly dispatched. The creature was revealed to be a green spider web Jasper, and the team bubbled it into the temple before heading home. Still, Mk was absent, and Red Son remained at the coast.
As evening fell, Mei, Tang, and Sandy were on the porch, while Pigsy was inside calling everyone in Shadowfen and nearby areas. Red Son stayed by the coast. Suddenly, a light yellow ship in the shape of an arm descended and landed gently on the coast. The ship's finger touched the ground, and a woman with long black hair styled like horns, adorned in a red dress with gold trims and a gem on her forehead, stepped out. She approached Red Son, who pointed towards the hideout.
Pigsy noticed the commotion and, with Tang, fused into Bloodstone. They hurried towards Red Son. "There they are, the lower gems I told you about, Mother," Red Son said, pointing to the newcomers. He then revealed a bubbled Diamond Bull King and released it. The Diamond Bull King, upon reforming, roared, "I'm free! Finally! I know all of you! I WILL GET MY REVENGE ON ALL OF YOU!" He lunged at them furiously.
The woman brandished a wind-shaped staff and attacked Bloodstone, who was holding off the Bull King. The Bull King retaliated by attempting to trap Mei with water but missed. Mei dashed inside and saw Mk at the door, his eyes glowing ominously. "MK, WE ARE BEING ATTACKED! HELP US! AND WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT YOUR DISAPPEARANCE!" Mei yelled.
Mk and Mei both rushed outside. Mei summoned her Jade White Horse dragon spirit to aid them. However, the Bull King grabbed the dragon spirit and knocked Mei out, pushing her forcefully to the ground. Mk, wielding the staff, tried to strike the Bull King but missed as he dodged.
"Sun Wukung," the Bull King growled in anger, as the woman used the staff to push Mk towards her and then bubbled him.
Mei regained consciousness in a cell with a laser door. She backed away from the door when it shocked her but then noticed it open on its own. Mei escaped and heard banging on a nearby wall. She found Pigsy in another cell, banging on the wall. Mei freed him, and together they found Tang, curled up and crying on the floor. They freed Tang, who hugged Pigsy, and the two fused into Bloodstone.
"Let's find the rest of our friends," Bloodstone declared. They located Sandy's cell and freed him too. As they searched for Mk, they stumbled upon the control room where the woman and the Bull King were discussing their plans.
"Diamond Iron Fan, I have missed you. You've taught our son well," the Bull King said, embracing the woman. Mei, furious, shouted, "HEY, WHERE IS THE REST OF OUR GROUP?!" She brandished her sword, ready to fight.
The woman grabbed a microphone and commanded, "RED SON, GET TO THE ESCAPE POD NOW!" She then hurriedly manipulated the controls and, with the Bull King in tow, exited in the nearest escape pod. The group watched as the ship plunged toward Earth, and Bloodstone quickly shielded them with a protective barrier.
"NO WAIT, WHAT ABOUT MK?" Mei cried out, but her voice was drowned out as the ship crashed into a nearby forest near Shadowfen.
Once the dust settled, Bloodstone ensured everyone was safe and tended to their wounds. After healing, they scoured the wreckage for Mk, but he was nowhere to be found. Their search was exhausting, and they needed a break.
Red Son, now at the lighthouse where he had established a hidden hideout with advanced alien technology, contacted his mother using a diamond-shaped communication device. "Mother, I have an amazing plan, but I need your help. Don't worry; everything will go according to plan," Red Son said, holding up a red bubble with a sun/moon-shaped gem encased in a circle, laughing evilly.
