Third Person POV
From [Y/N]'s journal ~
August 19th, 1917
Unlike His Majesty expected, the war still continues... But Germany and Austria are weaker by every next day of fighting... My heart breaks for all these people... They really are not to blame...
As if it wasn't enough to worry about, Yana wrote a letter to me, that Siergiey is sick! I'm going to visit them today.. I hope it's nothing serious..." I packed everything you've asked for, [Y/N]..." Carla put a small basket onto the table.
" Thanks a lot.." [Y/N] said, in a hurry, taking it and rushing out of the room. " I'll be back before dinner, hopefully..." She practically ran down the steps of the palace, accidentally bumping into some servant. She quickly apologized and jumped into a carriage. Alexandra opened the window and called before the coach started to move." [Y/N/n], watch over yourself, dear! I don't want you to catch any disease!"
" I'll be very careful, I promise!" The girl called back. Then, the carriage started to ride.
______________________________________She arrived by the mansion on the outskirts of St. Petersburg and Ludmila, the housekeeper opened the door to her.
" Oh, Miss [Y/N]... So glad you're here! Miss Yana is waiting for you..." She walked into the house and immediately was tightly hugged by her younger sister, who seemed to be in much of distress, to say the least...
" [ Y/N/n]! Oh, sis, thank God,you are here! Oh, [Y/N/n] this is terrible! Oh, please help!" She cried.
" Yanechka, what happened...? You're shaking..."
" It's Siergiey! I'm afraid about him! Please help him!" The girl sobbed as someone walked down the stairs, alarmed by the noise. It was aunt Sonia.
" What's all this fuss about...? [Y/N] what are you doing here...?" The woman seemed to be very surprised by her older niece's visit and unbelievably calm compering to Yana.
" Yana wrote me in a letter that our brother is sick, so I of course came to see how he's doing." The older of the sisters explained. Their aunt shook her head with a sigh and turned to the younger girl. " I told you not to panic. [Y/N] , Siergiey is not sick..."
" How isn't he sick?! I saw him! He doesn't eat, doesn't sleep, doesn't talk to anyone! He's obviously sick!" Yana cried. " I don't understand a thing right now..." [Y/N] mumbled confused.
" Neither do I!" Her sister added with dispear. Sonia sighed. " All right, girls, come, both of you... I'll explain to you everything...______________________________________
" You see, girls..." Sonia began." Back at the ball, your brother's eye has been caught by someone..." [Y/N] laughed in relief and put a hand on her sister's shoulder. " He is not sick, I promise, Yana... He's just in love!"
" But he doesn't sleep or eat, and he's sad all the time... That doesn't suit for being in love..."
" I always do my best to be optimistic, but I think, it's unrequited love... He's really his own shadow since few days..."
" You know what?" [Y/N] stood up from the coach. " I'll try to talk to him and find out something... "
" Wait! There's something else! He once talked to Ivan about some girl. Her name was..." Unfortunately, Yana couldn't remember it completely. " Something for H... Helena...? No..."
[Y/N]'s eyes wided in slight shock. " Was it ' Hanna '?!"
" Oh, yes! That's it!" Her younger sister confirmed.
" Do you know her?" Aunt Sonia asked. The girl nodded and quickly made her way to her brother's room.
" There really can be some trouble with this..." She thought, knowing what Hanna thinks about Austria, Germany and of course, Russia..." Oh, poor dear Siergiey..."______________________________________
In Siergiey's room~
" Just go away...!" His voice was muffed by the pelow, his face was laying on.
" Wait... Were you crying?"
" N-No I caught a cold."
" Sure, in August. Get up." He didn't listen and his sister rolled her eyes. " May I remaid you, you're turning 18 in February?"
" So what...?!"
" So, stop acting like a child and talk to me, what's going on! Yana thinks you're sick, because you don't sleep or eat properly! Auntie Sonia is worried! All of us are worried! "
" I'm pathetic..."
" So stop being like this and get the heck up! " She pulled his arm. He sat up with emotionless look on his face.
" Get a grip and tell me, what's wrong." She insisted.
