Lance brought out his Charizard as Jaden was using Lapras.
Lance: Charizard, use Flamethrower!
Jaden: Use Hydro Pump!
Charizard fired a flamethrower and Lapras countered by blasting a huge volume of water.
Both moves were powerful and collided which blew the Pokemon back.
Lance: Use Flame Charge!
Charizard cloaked itself in flames and attacked.
Jaden: Lapras, use Blizzard!
Lapras summoned a powerful blizzard and affected the whole stadium.
Charizard was beginning to slow down.
Lance: Charizard, fight through it!
Charizard fought through the chilling blizzard and continued to attack.
Charizard landed a hit and its speed increased.
Jaden: Lapras, are you okay?
Lapras nodded.
Jaden: Good. Now use Dragon Pulse!
Lapras attacked with a shock wave generated by its mouth.
Lance: Charizard, use Steel Wing!
Charizard soared down to attack with wings of steel.
Jaden: Wait for it, Lapras!
Lapras stood its ground and waited for Charizard.
Lance: I know what he's doing. Charizard, stay in the sky!
Charizard still had steel wings but was flying in the sky instead.
Jaden: Hm. He knew what I was doing. Lapras, use Hydro Pump towards the ground!
Lance: What?!
Lapras blasted a huge volume of water in front of it.
The result caused Lapras to fly into the air and be eye level with Charizard.
Lance: What?! Lapras is flying?!
Jaden: Now, Dragon Pulse!
Lapras fired a shock wave generated by its mouth and landed a direct hit on the stunned Charizard.
The attack caused Charizard to land into the wall.
Lance: Charizard no!
Announcer: Just when you've seen everything people, you've just witnessed a flying Lapras! A one-time sight probably.
Charizard got back to its feet.
Lance: Use Flame Charge!
Charizard cloaked itself in flames and attacked.
Jaden: Use Ice Beam!
Lapras was firing multiple ice beams but Charizard was quick.
Jaden: Its speed keeps increasing due to flame charge.
After dodging the ice beams, Charizard landed a hit on Lapras.
Jaden: Lapras, use Blizzard!
Lapras summoned a blizzard which affected the stadium.
It was so cold that Charizard couldn't move.
Lance: Charizard, use Inferno!
But it couldn't fly.
Lance: It's too cold. How is this strong?
Then suddenly, the blizzard changed when Lapras focused the blizzard onto Charizard.
Lance: What's happening? How's Lapras doing this?
Jaden: I don't know. Could it be a new move?
The blizzard stopped.
