I didn't listen to Vanessa, that first date we went on was amazing and so were the other 4. He was the perfect gentlemen, there were so many girls that were around us while we were out,but he only payed attention to me. It was great I never had a boy ever be interested in me, I was always jealous of Vanessa, she is beautiful.

Now here I was standing outside the park at 9 o'clock at night, Marcus said he wanted to meet me here. I played with the end of my dress nervously, usually I don't dress up but I wanted to look nice for him at least.

My mind was racing, What would he need to tell me that we need to meet in person? He has been acting weird lately and every time we are together he is protective like someone will try to take me away from him.

I start hearing footsteps and look up, there he was "Marcus?" once he got closer he looked upset and angry but when he was in front of me he smiled brightly "Are you ok?"

He just kept smiling "Don't worry beautiful I'm fine" he took my hand and intertwine our fingers as we start to through the park.

"You know you can tell me if there's something wrong right."

"I know but trust me I'll tell you if there is something, you'll be the first person I will talk to. Also, you look beautiful as always" he smiled and winked at me, god this boy is too sweet but I love it.

When we got to the other side of the park there was a beautiful and expensive looking restaurant on the other side, I feel a pair of hands wrap around me and pull my body close "Surprise."

"Marcus this place is way too expensive for me, I can't let you spend money here on me" It felt so nice being in his arms, it made me feel safe.

"This is for you after all you been through you deserve this because your special" I was speechless, he took my hand and led me through the door.

The place already looked expensive on the outside, but the inside look like it took a million to just make it. He went to the to talk to a tall older woman, she was very pretty, she had short brown hair and a slim body. Once they finished talk they both came over to me "Nicole, this is my aunt Kiara."

Oh so that's his aunt, I hold out my hand and smile "Nice to meet you" she smiled at me and shook my hand.

"Marcus, you picked a good one, she already shows she has manners and you are a beautiful young lady" wow is everyone in his family nice "Oh your table is right this way" she bought me and Marcus to a booth with a beautiful view of the city, after giving us menus she left.

"You aunt is very nice," I say as I open the menu.

"Yeah she is, this is her place and she let me get this table for you" I feel my face get hot, he always makes me feel this way.

"She owns this place?" he nodded and smiles "Wow your family is doing great" with me not being from a family with much money this was over the top to me and kinda overwhelming at the same time.

A blonde waitress had come over to our table, she had a smile that could blind people, probably whitens her teeth "I'm Rebecca and I'll be you waitress this evening" she completely overlooked me and was basically talking to Marcus "Is there any drink you would like to start with?" I'm not a jealous person, but she's annoying the hell out of me.

But Marcus wasn't even paying attention to her and focused all of his on me "We'll have the best bottle of wine" she smile at him and walked off. I gave him a crazy look, we can't drink yet.

"Did you and I just suddenly turn 21 because we are too young to be drinking" he started chuckling at me and smiled again.

"This is why I bought you out. You need to just sit back, relax, and let someone cater to your want and needs. Besides you can just have a glass at least and if you don't like it then don't have any more" I guess it wouldn't hurt to have a glass."

Rebecca came back with a bottle of wine on ice and sat it down in front of us "Are both of you ready to order? she put on her smile again and gave it to Marcus, fake.

He orders first "I'll have the steak, well done and potatoes."

"I'll have the shrimp Alfredo" she laughed and smirked at me then mouthed "Oink Oink" now I was about to curse this hoe out, but Marcus beat me to it.

"I advise you to apologise and go do your job before you end up living on the streets for your disrespect towards my date" this was different side of him, he voice was deep and cold nothing like how he talks to me. She looked terrified and stop making eye contact with us.

"I'm so sorry I didn't mean to disrespect you" she tried to keep speaking, but he stopped her again.

"That was a shitty apology, leave. I don't want to see you anymore tonight" she looked like she was about to cry and ran off, I felt bad for her now even if she was a bitch. He wasn't even talking to me and I was afraid, he turned to me and smiled "I'm sorry about her but let's continue our night."

He pours me a glass of wine and kept his smile as he handed it to me.

I take my first sip nervously as I thought, what have I gotten myself into?
