All right everyone, this is the chapter a lot of you have been waiting for and it's finally here. I also got a lot of requests asking if Cassandra and Marjan could replace Judd and Grace in the car accident and I tried to come up with a storyline for the two but unfortunately nothing really fit so I decided to keep Judd and Grace as the victims of the tragedy.
I will also be switching POV's throughout the chapter as well as jumping through timelines such as the episode on how Cassandra met Grace and how she became a firefighter such as her brother. So get ready and enjoy the chapter as it begins in 3...2...1!
(1995...)
12 year old Judd's POV
"This is a bad idea, Cal". I sighed as my best friend and I snuck outside his house and pulled the tarp off of his Dad's car.
"This is a mint condition '91 chick magnet. It'd be a crime for it to just sit here all summer long". Cal smiled.
"Crime is gonna be us driving it". I commented.
"Would you stop being such a baby. Just imagine us cruising the strip in this, past all those high school girls?" Cal stated.
"It'll be so fly". He beamed.
"Until they see that we're a couple of '12 year old's". I scoffed as I opened the passenger seat and looked over at Cal.
"You look at least 14, and I read at an 11th grade level". Cal shrugged before getting in the driver's side.
"So that's a problem". He muttered when I looked at him to see he wasn't tall enough to see over the steering wheel making me groan.
We swopped seats before I started up the car and drove off down the street making Cal holler in excitement.
"This is so cool. We actually did it". He chuckled.
"Yeah." I smiled.
"Speed limit's 35. You're doing 29". Cal scoffed after a couple seconds and I glanced at him.
"You'll be doing zero when I dump your ass on the side of the road". I commented making him sigh just as I pulled up beside a car at the red light.
"Dude, you're just gonna let him do that to us?" Cal scoffed when the other driver started revving the engine on the car he stole much like we did.
"He's challenging our manhood". He added.
"We don't got no manhood, dummy". I retorted.
"Yeah, but the girls in the back don't know that". Cal replied and I looked over at the other car.
"Evening ladies". I smirked over at them before raking my hand through my hair making them smile at me.
"Hell yeah! Let's dust 'em". Cal yelled excitedly and I revved the engine before waiting for the light to turn green.
"Whoa!" I yelled when the light changed and I stepped on the gas making the car exceed the limit as we raced the driver in the other car down the road.
"That's right, son!" I laughed looking at the car behind us in the rearview mirror.
"Whoa! Yeah!" Cal yelled.
"Eat our dust!" I chuckled glancing over at Cal.
"Yeah! Way to go!" Cal yelled happily.
"They're coming up from behind us. Step on it. step on it!" Cal yelled after a few seconds when the car starting gaining up to us before we took a sharp right turn which led the other driver to get ahead of us.
