"Dude, you cheated". I yelled as Judd and I sat in his living room playing on the Xbox.

"I did not cheat, you're too much of a corner lover". He scoffed.

"You were spying on my map". I pointed out.

"You're always in the same spot". He commented just as his phone pinged and he picked it up to read his message.

"Whatever, I'm done with this game". I rolled my eyes as I tossed the remote on the couch next to me just as his face contorted in confusion and I looked at him.

"Something wrong?" I asked peering over his shoulder to read his text.

"Owen wants to come over and talk". He answered looking at me.

"God, Judd, what did you do this time?" I scoffed.

"I ain't done nothing." He answered offendedly.

"All right, so bring him over". I shrugged and he sighed before typing his message.

I tucked my feet up under me before texting Marjan that I would be home soon before tossing my phone aside and got up to make myself a cup of coffee.

A few minutes later there was a knock on the door and Judd went to open it.

"Yeah, come on in, Cap". He smiled and Owen stepped into the house before looking over at me stuffing my face by the fridge.

"Hey, Cap". I smiled through a mouth full of cereal.

"Hey, thanks for letting me come over so late. I hope I'm not putting you guys out". He sighed before turning around to look at Judd.

"No, no. Grace went to bed about an hour or so ago, we've just been playing video games, so..". Judd assured.

"What's going on?" I asked seeing the worry all over Owen's face.

"I need a drink first". He sighed making me raise my eyebrows as Judd looked over at me.

"Oh, boy. Okay, it's that bad, huh?" My brother questioned before going over to the kitchen cabinet to get the booze.

"It's worse." He muttered before explaining what had happened that night when we saw Owen at the scene of the building fire and how he believes it arson.

"Billy was the only one that I told about the arsons. And nobody else knew I was gonna be at the warehouse tonight". He commented as the three of us stood around the counter whilst Owen told us about the incident he had at same warehouse from a few nights ago.

"So what are you, what are you saying to me? That he clubbed you over the head, just to save your life later? Why would he do that?" Judd questioned.

"Cause he's Billy". I scoffed.

"To gain my trust. To make sure that I didn't go to the police with evidence". He answered.

"Cap, I really, really hope that you don't just expect me to stand here and nod along while you accuse my friend of 17 years of being some sort of a serial arsonist". Judd stated.

"I'm not accusing anybody tonight, I-I came here for you to convince me that I'm wrong". Owen denied.

"But it all adds up. He's got the experience, he's got nothing but time and freedom on his hands". He added making me sigh.

"Not to mention that it's Billy Tyson". I commented before putting another spoon full of lucky charms in my mouth.

"Man, don't put this stuff in my head. Look, Billy would never. He's a good man". Judd reasoned.

"Says you". I scoffed.

"He's also capable of spectacular acts of deception, or have you forgotten that he tried to steal the firehouse from Owen?" I added.
