Today is the day of the trail the last two days Tessa was really nervous and afraid and I get it of course it's not nothing. Tessa was throwing up the whole day yesterday it's probably the nerves of today. I walk towards the bathroom and knock on the door " Tessa you almost done " " yeah one second please" I walk into the bedroom and put on my black shirt and black skinny jeans like always. Maybe I need to look for something different I always wear the same. I look in the closet and see a grey shirt. I take the grey shirt and take off my black shirt and put the grey one on. " hey that's something new I like it" Tessa walk in and blow dry her hair and put it on a ponytail. She takes a black skinny jeans and a red shirt and put it on.

I walk towards her and grab her hips and kiss her soft lips. I feel her smile in the kiss and I smile too. " I love you Tess" I feel Tessa's arms around my neck " I love you Hardin " I feel her lips again and start to kiss me passionately. " I really love this but we have to go if we wanna be there on time" I see her nod and take her hand " it will be fine I promise " I kiss her forehead and walk downstairs. I put on my shoes and Tessa putting on her red heels. Those heels were my favorite of course. " are you feeling well " I look at her worried.

" yeah little bit nauseous but it's probably the nerves" I nod and take my keys and Tessa's purse. I handed her purse as we walk towards the car. I open the door and let her get into the car and close the door. I get into the car as wel and drive towards courthouse . I see Tessa getting more nervous and I get it it's not nothing. I take her hand and kiss it. " it's gonna be okay Tess". I feel her squeezing my hand. After 10 minutes we arrived and I park my car in the parking spot. We walk inside towards the courtroom and took a seat in the back. I knew Tessa wouldn't sit in front where they can see her. " okay please everyone stand for the judge" me and Tess standing up and sit down again when the judge sits down too.

" hello everyone thanks for coming to this courthouse we are here for 2 people who abused and tried to make her kill herself en more let them come in please" I feel Tessa taking my hands and squeezing it lightly. I take her hand and give a kiss on it. I look at my left and see Molly and Jace walking inside. " sit down please okay do you Molly and Jace understand why we are here " " I don't know judge " " well mrs samuels you and Jace are on trial from abusing and attempted murder on a 18 year old girl Tessa young" " that's not true she's fucking lying ". I shake my head in disbelief " silent in this courtroom and it's true we have proof that it happened do you have anything to say before I make a decision?"  " no " is the only thing they say because they knew what they were saying  it wouldn't matter for the judge.

I see how he looks at them and it doesn't seem to be good. the judge stands up we stands up too and sit down when he left. " I'm so nervous " I put my arm around Tessa " it's gonna be okay love " after 10 min what seems like hours the judge came back. " thank you for waiting everyone I have made my decision Jace what you did wasn't as far as what Molly did so I'm giving you 5 years because of you and Molly mrs young killed her self , and Molly I give you 10 years because you abused and attempted to murder her and made her do suicide now please take them to there cells ".

" what the hell this isn't fare " " that was it all thank you for being here " i take Tessa's hand and walk out of the courtroom " was this want you wanted " I see her smile I give her a kiss and wanted to walk towards the exit " mrs young " I turn around and see the judge walking towards us. " I saw you at the back how are you feeling " " I'm alright thank you sir ?" I look around not knowing what to say of course " please call me mr cox I hope your happy with my decision it wasn't really a hard one because they are already in our systeem for abuse and murder  " i was shocked I never knew that " really how is that possible " " mr Scott right" I nod.

" I'm sorry mr scott but I can't discuss that kind of information with you and mrs young but I have to get going I have an other trail " I nod " thanks mr cox " " your welcome dear " I take Tessa hand and walk towards the exit to the car and get in. " how are you feeling now love " I look for a second to her and then focusing on the road again " I don't know Hardin still nauseous " " we are gonna stay at home and watching a movie together how does that sounds " I hear Tess giggling " yeah that sounds amazing " after 10 min we arrived at Tessa's house and get inside. " I'm gonna put on my pyjama's I will be right back okay " I see Tessa running upstairs. I walk towards the kitchen and take something to eat and drink and put on a romantic movie. I knew Tessa loved those movies I really don't like it but I'm doing it for Tessa.

After 5 min she's still isn't downstairs. I walk as fast as I can upstairs and see that the bathroom door is closed. " Tess " I knock on the door and hear he softly cry. " babe what's wrong please open the door " I waited for a couple seconds and I see the door open slowly her eyes are red from crying i put my hands on her face and wipe away her tears. " what wrong Tess" I see Tessa handing me something I take it from her and i look at it with my mouth open.
