Chapter 30: Ping Glitch pt. 2

Third P.O.V 

When Five blasted the glitch, nothing happened. "What? Ugh!" Five groaned in frustration. Bringing his blaster to a higher setting and then shooting at the glitch again. "Nerds!" Five yell out. "Five..." Kitty said, slowly approaching her brother to try and calm him down. Understanding his frustration. "Dude, what's wrong?" Miko asked irtably. "My emitter is having no effect." Five snapped. "Not with that, with you. First you were all weird about coming in this nice lady's store..." Miko started as she booped the pixel towards Five. "I'm just trying to get this over with." Five said as he bumped it to Miko. "Five, just calm down. We can finish the job once we understand what exactly this is." Kitty said, trying to gain control of the situation before she spirals herself. 

"Okay, but this lady is a family friend, isn't she?" Miko asked as the two of them bumped the pixel back and forth. "Well, this is going to turn out great." Mitch said sarcastically as the two got the block in motion after it was stationary. Knowing that it will result in disaster as it continues to be in motion. "Yes, but that's not the point. Ugh! I didn't want to come here." Five said in frustration, punching the pixel. "Five, no!" Kitty called out as the block aggressively bumped into the wall and ceiling. Every time it bumps into something it got a little faster in momentum. "Oh, great job noobies!" Mitch said as he put himself in front of Kitty to protect her from the block, directing the comment to Five and Miko. "Uh, Five! It's gonna tear this place apart!" Miko said, freaking out as the block bounced around. 

"We gotta get it out of here!" Five said. "Looks like I'm gonna have to save you noobs out of trouble again." Mitch said as he swiped his hair back, preparing to help. "No! We don't need your help." Five said as he jumped onto the block. But then it started bumping up and down, knocking Five into the ceiling. The kids hanging out in the lobby watched with excitement. "Ok kids, how about we don't try this at home. Now off you go." Kitty said as she blasted them with the reboot flash. "Come on, love. I have an idea. You guys keep it busy!" Mitch said as he dragged Kitty out of there. Closing the curtain behind them to block the kids' view. 

"Okay, on three. I"ll bring the box down on top of it." Five said, jumping into a random plan, starting to count down. "I don't think this is how Geri did it, Five." Miko said as she kept her eye on the block as it bounced around the room. Five finished counting down as he jumped and managed to get the block inside it's box. "I got it! I got! I..." Five faltered as he lifted the box. Only to find a block sized hole. The block bounced off the box and into the floors. "Yeah, I don't think you got it." Miko stated. "Oh, nerds." Five said as the block approached the hole again. 

Five used the box to try and deflect it, but it's impact was too powerful and knocked Five into the air through the ceiling. Five screamed as he flew into the air. "Five!" Kitty called out as she saw him blast into the air with the block. "Alright, it's on the move. Let's go." Mitch said as he started driving, using a tracker on Five's gauntlet to figure out where to intercept them. "Hold on buddy!" Miko said as she used a disk to restore the shop and flew off with Ally. "Uh, okay. Send me down on a trajectory that'll put me into the forest." Five yelled to Miko. "How am I gonna do that?" Miko asked. "With math." Five answered. "I may need a calculator." Miko said. "Okay, just set me down nice and steady. Oh...beans" Five said as a flock of seagulls flew by. 

"Clear the way, sky goblins." Miko yells out as she tries to swat the birds away. "Ready, set..." Miko said as she knocked Five downward. Five knocked into a building until the block was bumped forwards. Whisking by Ally and Miko. "Mitch, shouldn't we be helping them?" Kitty said, worried as she watched the trackers on the screen. Seeing Five fly around everywhere. "We are, we just have to wait until they reach the prime destination for us to swoop in and save the day." Mitch said as he drove to keep up with the other two. "Maybe we need some back up." Miko said as she went into the Hinobi van. "Where's Kitty and Mitch?" Miko said as she looked at the screen. Seeing them drive around near by. She hope that Mitch is helping them, and if so that it doesn't upset Five too much. "I hope this doesn't make a bad day worse. Wait, if I can see their location, then maybe..." Miko said as she saw Five on the tracking screen as well. "I'm coming buddy."
