Chapter 38: Find the Glitch

[Start of Episode 6, Season 2]

A/N: You guys are in luck! I typed out this episode before my Netflix stopped working. As I said in my message board, my Netflix is not working. Because it's my parents' account and of course it doesn't like that I'm away from my parents. So for the time being, this fanfic will be on hold. For this one, when they do cut scenes I'll put them after [On Screen] and then cut between with [Off screen] And I'll make them in Italics. Between each clip on screen will be " –•–•– ".

Third P.O.V

It was another day at work and a few of them were in a conference room. They weren't entirely sure why. In order of sitting was Miko, Five, Berry, Mitch, Kitty, Zarah, Haneesh, and Nix. Everyone took a seat when Barbra and Phil walked in. "Hey, kiddos! How's is everybody?" Barbra said cheerfully. "This is everybody, right?" She whispered to Phil while pulling here glasses down. "You all remember inspector Seven from Hinobi corporate?" Phil introduced. "Do you have some kind of special glitch mission for us?" Five asked. "This Glitch Tech brand h is being booted offline while your servers is down for maintenance." Barbra explained. "What's wrong with our server?" Haneesh asked. "It's nothing to be alarmed about." Phil reassured, and all of a sudden an alarm goes off. Phil then had a scared look on his face.

"I uh...excuse me." Phil said as he ran off. "Uh, where's rep ur tech gauntlets?" Zarah asked. "Safely plugged into the main computer where I can access your personal data storage." BiTT said as he popped up on the TV screen and showed their data storage numbers on their gauntlets. "Why do you need our gauntlet data?" Nix asked. "Oh, you're all going to play a little game called 'Find the Glitch'. Alright, open the envelopes in front of you and peek at the card inside." Barbra said. Everyone doing as instructed. Mitch tried looking over at Kitty's card, which she turned away from him with a smile and her tongue stuck out at him. "Only one card has been secretly marked 'glitch'." Barbra said. "I get it. We need to guess who has the glitch card, right?" Bergey said in realization. "Ah, spoken like a true glitch." Haneesh accused. "Oh, well, the dials in front of you can be used to directly our suspicion. When the votes are unanimous the suspect must show their card." Barbra said as she activated the voting system. Each of them getting a colored arrow above them. Miko has purple, Five has cyan, Bergey has red, Mitch has yellow, Kitty has pink, Zarah has green, Haneesh has blue, and Nix has orange.

Everyone immediately casted their vote onto Bergey, who scrambled with his card in his hand. "I didn't even open your envelope yet!" Bergey stammered. The votes forming a circle above him that turned into a red X. "yeah, but you're making that face you make when you get creeped. Remember our last case together?" Nix pointed out. BITT then started showing the moment on the TV screen.

[On Screen]

"Ok, don't get creeped, Bergey. We can recharge at HQ after the mission." Nix said as they were inside a house on a mission. "I am not creeped. I am simply experiencing a small peak in anxiety." Bergey said.

[Out of Screen]

"Who was recording that?!" Miko asked as BITT paused the footage. "Each Tech's gauntlet is squished with a 360 degree AR reorder that can recall footage from anything you've experienced." BITt explained. "So you guys have actual footage of every glitch we've ever gone up against?" Miko asked. "We certainly do." BiTT said as he started playing a compilation of the glitches they took down. Kitty clapped in delight after the clips were done. "Wow, nice music choice, BITT." Five complimented. "Thank you." BITT replied. "Once the glitch is found, this door will open and you may leave. Have fun." Barbra said as she left the room. The conference room turn into pitch black around them. "Please begin your investigation." BITT announced.

"Alright, who pulled the glitch card?" Zarah asked. "I don't think that's how it works, Zarah." Five said. Zarah then casted her vote to Five. "How does it work now, glitch?" Zarah challenged. "Trying to deflects suspicion Zarah?" Nix said pointedly. "He who detects it, deflects it" Haneesh said. "Guys, we have a magic video player! We could see anything." Miko said excitedly. "I agree with Miko, that function is epic! I would love to go back and rewatch all the missions. Especially Mitch's." Kitty said, whispering the last part. "Or like all those embarrassing noises Five makes..." Miko said. "Sure can!" BITT said as he pulled up footage of Five making weird awkward noises.
