It feels like you are the teacher who is assigned to check my homework. I am afraid to be in your class today as I didn't complete most of my homework.

Plzz teacher, bear with me!!

The homework was a bit heavy, and I didn't get accustomed to it.

Though I cannot make any such excuses, I like to explain the reasons why I didn't do most of my homework.

I can't say this as a reason in my schools, but I will still tell you.

"I had so many other things to do."

1. I recorded two YouTube shorts.

2. Edited two YouTube videos.

3. Made four YouTube posts.

4. Uploaded two YouTube videos.

5. Cooked lunch and dinner.

6. Wrote a journal

7. Proofread and edited a journal

8. Published a journal

Apart from all these, I also have a teeny tiny human being that I should take care of.

These reasons may sound stupid to most and relatable to a few.

Despite all this, I should have done it. I deeply apologize for my behavior.

But, I can't force myself to accomplish all that so much, then that habit may become unattractive, which may force me to give up. Haha!! 'Atomic Habits' is always coming to rescue.

One of the favorite quotes from the atomic habits book is that "a little bit of discipline would solve all our problems is deeply embedded in our culture."

That book is giving me reasons not to question my discipline in this scenario.

First, let's find out why I didn't do my homework. Where are we actually missing?

Are our cues not that visible?
Are we not getting enough cravings for the reward?
Where are we missing out?

Maybe the habit is not really defined, I guess.

As per the 'Atomic Habits' book by James Clear, "people who make a specific plan for when and where they will perform a new habit are more likely to follow through."

We can use implementation intention and habit stacking, which can help us to follow our habits.

Implementation intention formula:
I will [Behaviour] at [Time] in [Location]

Habit Stacking Formula:
After [Current Habit], I will [New Habit]

These two formulas are from the Atomic Habits book. If I can suggest only one self-help book, I will recommend Atomic Habits to everyone because, after reading that book, the way I see life has completely changed.

Why do some people struggle to do their daily chores, whereas others can do them with ease? That book can answer millions of questions not only about habits but also the general behavior of humans.

Oh! Talking about Atomic Habits I just forget that we are in an attempt to unlock our Subconscious Mind.

Let's refine our plan a bit using Implementation intention and Habit stacking.

1. Meditate for 10 minutes after brushing the teeth.

2. Learn the stock market after having breakfast.

3. Hear subliminals after having my lunch in the bedroom.

4. Meditate for 10 minutes after uploading my YouTube video in the Balcony.

5. Do yoga at 8 p.m. in the living room.

6. Read a book for 30 minutes after dinner.

7. Meditate for 10 minutes before going to sleep in bed.

The plan is perfect. Did Atomic Habits way of planning habits really help me?

We should wait until tomorrow to find that.

It's 1.30 AM, and I can't control my Sub-Mind's urge to sleep.

Let's meet tomorrow! Bye! bye!!

(I read 33 pages in Think and Grow Rich today. Someday I will allocate time to talk about that, Guys!! Till then, be with me!)
