Day 71- Superstitious Beliefs🤯

Do you have something that brings bad luck to you?

Something that always makes evil happen?

The evil that happens is not because of your bad luck, bad time, or any other person or thing. It's because of your thinking. What you think and believe is what you attract.

I heard a weird superstitious belief today. Someone I know said that eating non-vegetarian foods could cause illness. He is not saying that in all cases. He believes that eating non-vegetarian food before a temple visit, marriage, or some other specific event can bring bad luck. Many people might have similar beliefs. But for me, it is a bit weird.

Is God that cruel to hurt a person just for eating non-vegetarian foods?

He might have never told us to be vegetarians. We build habits and beliefs based on what we can do.

Some people believe in superstitious beliefs that resonate with science. It's okay to follow such things. But in general, superstitious beliefs are not okay.

I had a top, which I wore for the first time on the first day of college. I wore it multiple times during my college days. But later, I wore it when a terrible incident happened, and that's the last day I wore it. I never wore it again. I just felt like it's a cursed piece of cloth, as my college life is also not much likeable for me.

It's also a kind of superstitious belief. I also heard many similar stories. Many had a piece of cloth that brought bad luck or a color that was said to bring bad luck.

A certain sector of people in my country believe that the color black will bring bad luck and ill health to them. I heard it multiple times in my life, and now sometimes I fear wearing black.

Black is my favorite color, and almost half of my wardrobe was once filled with black. As I heard this suggestion again and again later, I correlated wearing black with my not-so-good college days. I started to assume that as I wore more black dresses during my college days, my college days might have been affected.

It's a stupid, dumb thought, right?

Later, I even bought a white dress, as someone on the internet said white would make our lives peaceful. I love black dresses, and I hate white. But my preference is influenced by some random suggestion that is floating on the internet. These are all nothing but supretitious beliefs.

If you start to accept random suggestions and start to blame a color, a thing, or a person for bringing bad luck to you, you will experience bad luck again and again as it's been generated in your mind.

You gave power to some powerless things, and the label that you provided for them is evil. So it starts to emit evil energy based on the power you provide via your subconscious mind.

The subconscious mind can make you or break you. It's all up to you to decide how to use your subconscious mind for your own good.

Only have good beliefs and a good thought process.

Never trust negative superstition and give power to it.
