Day 60 - Mind Vs Body

You are just a combo of events, a combo of evidence, and a combo of actions. So what you do today is what will make you who you are in the future.

Crying about the past is not going to help you in any way. I did it, and I got nothing out of it. I always wanted to change my past, though I could not do anything about it at all.

I wanted to change my past so badly in 2019. Then I was always thinking about my past, and finally, after 3 years, I wanted to change those 3 years, which were also my past right then.

So if I don't make a change now, I will be hating myself in the future. I don't want to do that.

Our subconscious mind is actually eavesdropping. Remember?

So let's just make ourselves the way we want to be. Let's talk about ourselves with love.

But my bro said something more valuable recently.

He said that first we should focus only on the physical, tangible changes instead of focusing on a pure mentality change like working on the subconscious mind. Is it right?

I think he has a point. I cannot improve my physical life at all. It was so hard. I cultivated a good mindset, which is appreciable. But I should have started with my physical life. I should have started by testing out the Atomic Habits book before going for the Power of Your Subconscious Mind.

Atomic habits would have helped me cultivate good habits, and those good habits might have made me mentally stable. A stable mind can easily unlock the powers of the subconscious mind.

But right now, I have a messy routine, and even after 60 days, I haven't cultivated any good habits at all.

So what to do next?

Should I focus more on my physical well-being than my mental well-being?
