"Long time, no see" Nydera greeted, "I see you brought the family with you?" She added sweetly.

"Zachary" Zac spoke holding his hand out to shake Nydera's hand, "Nice to finally meet you Mr. Taylor I have heard a lot about you" She said.

"I hope it was good things, baby be tripping sometimes" Zac joked around Fatima playfully rolled her eyes.

"You guys make yourself at home" Nydera said, Fatima and Zac did, Nayeli was sound asleep in her stroller, she just had eaten so during this session they knew she wouldn't be a problem.

Nydera grabbed two waters bottles passing them to Zac and Fatima, after she grabbed her notebook and took a sit in her chair.

"Before I start I just want to congratulate you guys, welcome to parenthood" Nydera said with a gentle smile.

"Thank you, Thank you" Zac and Fatima said in unison, One thing about it Fatima loved her therapist she was always so nice, and sweet also she didn't play games one of the reasons Fatima loved her. Zac has heard a lot about Nydera, but this will be his first time meeting her.

"So Zachary right? Let's start with you. Each session I always start with the question "What are you feeling at this moment of your life, do you care to answer?" Nydera said.

"Yes thank you, and I'll prefer to go just by Zac .. if that's okay?" And Nydera nodded, she always wanted her client to be open as much as possible.

"At this moment in my life, I feel happy and excited about this new journey with my wife, this new journey as a father, I also feel guilty, and sad that I was the cause of my wife's losing one of our babies"

"That is right" Nydera said remembering Fatima had told her she was expecting twins, she had only seen one baby, she didn't think too much of it but it all makes sense now.

"I am truly sorry for your guy's loss" Nydera said sincerely, Fatima felt herself on the verge of tears. This topic was hard for her to speak about. Zac rubbed Fatima's back for comfort while using his other hand to hold her hand, to simple he's always got her.

"Thank you for that, we have just been trying to live around our son, so much has been happening lately we haven't taken the time to mourn our son" Zac said truthfully.

"Losing a child is never easier, it's hard. We blame ourselves for something being so normal, if you blame yourself for being the reason your child has died, then part of you will never heal."

"You're not the blame Zac" Fatima said finally speaking.

"You're not" She said repeating herself for reassurance.

"How are you doing?" Nydera asked Fatima.

"I am okay, I'm just living in the moment as a happy wife and mother. Yes, losing my son was/is still hard, I know god had his reasons for doing that, I know you're not supposed to question him. sometimes I just wonder why me"

"I got blessed 2x, just for him to take one of my blessings away from me" She said emotionally, a single teardrop had fallen from Zac's face, he wanted to catch it before Fatima saw him crying he wanted to be strong for her.

Losing baby boy was a lot for Fatima, although she didn't talk about him much, she had all these thoughts in her head, every time she looked at her daughter, she was just reminded of what she lost. When she looks at Zac, she wonders if he would have been his twin, will he be as goofy as Zac is, or dramatic as his father. Those are all the things she wondered, but also she knew he was in a better place, and Nayeli was still here, her miracle baby.
