Day four of our vacation was spent at the aquarium they filmed Dolphin Tale at. We had a late start to the morning but were lucky enough to catch the last dolphin show of the day. After that, we spent a majority of our time petting the stingrays.

Back at the condo after being caught in light traffic we rush to get ready for our rooftop dinner reservations. We pre-planned going out to one nice restaurant so we all wore dresses.

Brynn wore a floor length wine red maxi dress. Eva wore a white tennis dress. I wore a white frilly romper that looked like a dress. Eva and I curled our hair with a wand, whereas Brynn left her's in its natural curly state. We all did simple makeup seeing as time didn't allow for much else.

The view from the restaurant was stunning. On one side you could see the beach, on the other side the lights illuminating went from the beach town gradually into the small city. The food was spectacular, but the company was even better.

While we were sitting waiting for our food, the time was filled with laughs, smiles, and a chorus of the comment "I don't want this trip to end" but in different formats. It's bittersweet to know tomorrow is our last full day here.

To cap the night off, we decided on doing a sleepover on the couch with the remainder of our wawa ice cream pints and a horror movie.

The morning of day four I woke up early and walked 10 minutes to the marina to catch the sunrise. I'm proud of myself for now being able to enjoy my own company. A couple of months ago my anxiety would've made me hesitate going out alone, especially in an unfamiliar town, but it's a lot easier now. Sitting at the end of the pier, I mentally applaud myself for this small victory.

When I return to the condo, neither of the girls are up yet, so I get started on breakfast to surprise them with.

We eat outside on the patio, enjoying the warmth of the morning sun before it turns into unbearable heat.

As I'm putting my finished plate on the ground so I can curl up into my chair, my phone chimes. "Oh my god!"

Brynn and Eva's attention snaps to me. "What?" They ask in unison.

"You know the wrap I ordered?" They nod their heads yes in acknowledgment. "Well, it wasn't supposed to come for another week, but it just got delivered today!"

Their faces both light up.

"Worddd." Brynn drawls out with a smirk on her face.

"That's what's up." Eva high fives me.

Listen, I love being here - but the wrap coming in is my only incentive to go home. If I could pack my car up and stay here with the girls, then that would be a different story. Going home will be miserable, I'm just glad I now have something to look forward to.

We stay outside a short while after eating before heading in to wash up and get ready. On today's agenda, we opted to make one last trip to that funky town.

Before shopping around some more, we walk five minutes in the opposite direction of town to get to the water's edge of a crappy beach. We take our shoes off and walk along the shoreline up to our calves, occasionally splashing each other.

Shopping proved to be successful yet again, we went back into some of the same stores as well as explored some that weren't open the other day. We walked away with a couple bags of items each.

It's the final day and it arrived too soon. None of us are ready to go back to reality. Last night we packed and cleaned so we could enjoy the pool one last time before leaving.

We lay out to tan and dry off. When that's all said and done, we mope back to the condo to shower, change, and order an uber.

Reality sucks.
