I pull up to Grayson's house and text him that arrived. He comes out shortly. I get out of my car and we both smile at each other.

"Come here," he says with outstretched arms.

I walk into his embrace and it's the most comforting bear hug I've ever received.

"How was it?" He asks looking down at me smiling as we pull away.

"So amazing!" I rave. I give him a quick summary about each of our adventures as we walk into his house. He listens intently to the whole thing.

"I'm glad you had a good time. Are you hungry or thirsty?"

"I'm okay but thank you," I pull out a chair from his island. "I ate before I came."

"I'm gonna heat some leftovers up if you don't mind."

"Go ahead!"

He connects his phone to the sound system that runs throughout his house and lets me cue songs. As he eats I ask what he's been up to and what he's in the mood to do tonight.

He wants to go pick up wheels to try on his car and asks if I'm up to the adventure, of course I am.

His parents aren't home but his dad left the truck for use, so now we're on our way to their storage barn on another one of their properties down the road.

When we get to bringing the wheels out of the barn I attempt to help, "sweetheart you're going to get all dirty, don't worry I've got it."

The sweetheart comment had taken me aback but in a good way. The way he said it felt so effortless, and it just flowed so well with the tone of his voice.

I can feel my cheeks heat with blush. "Gray you know I don't mind a little dirt." I playfully shove him.

"Okay, if you want to help get on the bed and I'll pick them up and roll them to you."

I'll take it!

Back at his house we are searching the garage everywhere for the jack when he comes across buckets of baseballs from his time as a player. He has ADHD, so he gets easily distracted.

We sit looking through the buckets as he tells me stories of certain ones and asks if I can read the writing on others.

He catches me off guard by asking, "Do you want one?"

"If you'd like to give me one, then sure why not?"

He sat looking through the buckets for another few minutes before deeming one perfect. And it was. It had just enough coloration from the dirt of the field it was played on, the stitches were all still in tacked and fairly vibrant, there was no cracking of the leather or splitting at the seems.

After another short while he gave up looking for the jack. As he rolled the wheels out of the way I put the baseball in the cup holder of my car.

We went inside and up to his room so we could play on his PlayStation. He completely ahnialated me in a boxing game on multiple rounds, but despite never have played before, as the rounds went on I was able to hold my own.

When we got bored of that he took out his computer so we could mock up what different wheels and colors would look good with his car. We called Brynn who was with Jaxon so he could get their opinions as well. The four of us sat talking on the phone for a decent amount of time.

He put his computer down and we cuddled up next to each other scrolling on our phones for a short while. Until he unexpectedly let out a loud sigh as he stretched, before reaching over me and putting his phone on the bedside table.

He hovered over me, micheviously grinned, and then flopped down placing all of his weight on me.

"Grayson!" I say, my voice muffled by his frame.

Being 7 inches taller than me and having good muscle tone, his body covered every inch of mine.

He chuckles before slightly rolling off of me. He now lays with his head on my shoulder and bicep over my lower stomach. His forearm lays against my side, and his hand rests outlining my under boob.

An unknown amount of time passes us as we lay like this and I play with his hair. Our breathing is in sync and we sit in comfortable silence.

I feel his head tilt up and he places a singular kiss to my neck slightly below my chin.

More time passes and he adjusts himself to lay higher up on me. The hand that was cupping my boob moves to the side of my face. He gently brings my face to his lips as he places a kiss to my temple.

A few more minutes pass us by and he leans over me resting on his forearm, his hands in my hair, fingers playing with the strands.

He's giving me that look again, the look I've never seen him give another person. Only this time is slightly different. There's just as much tension in the air right now as the night Jaxon made the comment about how we should just kiss already.

"What?" I smile up at him.

He kisses me. It's not a peck, it lingers for a second. It's the most amazing thing, I swear to you that time stopped.

He pulls away and now I'm grinning like an idiot.

"What?" He asks, his smile seeping through the tone of his voice.

"You finally kissed me!" I reach up and cup his face.

He plops down on me again and burrows his face into my neck and chuckles. I sigh contently.

The next three hours pass us by at a steady pace. Boatloads of innocent kisses mixed into our many different cuddling positions.

It's time for me to go all too soon. Like the gentleman he is, he walks me to my car.

He opens my door for me. One arm rests on the doorframe as the other rests on the roof of my car caging me in. "Text me when you're home safe."

My hand find their way to his waist. "I will."

I stand on my tip toes and kiss him.

He smiles as the heels of my feet touch the ground beneath me again, "Goodnight Kie."
