Maija looked down at the tweet that had been going viral all morning. She had been scrolling through the quotes for the last hour, retweeting supportive ones that she had come across.
She took a screenshot and posted it to her story before looking over at Quincy who was on his laptop with his headphones on. She moved her chair to be closer to him before taking his headphones off and sitting them in her lap, "You ain't say nothin' bout my accomplishment yet."
Quincy leaned back in his seat, "You such a trendsetter, I'm proud of you." He said dryly, knowing it was what she wanted to hear.
And it worked because Maija smiled widely, "Thank you , baby." She put the headphones on, leaving one off her ear, "What you workin' on?"
"Someone sent that to me. Asked me to write them a song." He held up his phone where he had been writing down ideas.
"Someone? You can't tell me?" She leaned closer to see what was on his notes app.
