Yeahhhhh so this dumbass AKA me finally learned how to put GIFS into Wattpad after like a million tries- SleepInPeaceBruh helped me figure out how to do it so huge kudos to you for putting up with my stupidity darling LMAO-

Here's some good old fashioned fluff, enjoy lovies :)

1982

"Come on John, just let me have this solo!" Brian scowled, crossing his arms in frustration.

"It wouldn't fit in the song and besides, it's my song and I don't want any of your little riffs." John refused, rolling his eyes.

"It would fit, you just don't want to make it fit!" Brian growled.

You raised an eyebrow at what you heard and walked over as you sat down in the chair next to John, which you decided was a safe idea since sitting next to Freddie meant putting Brian and John closer together, which neither of them seemed to want.

"Erm hello boys, what's going on?" You asked curiously and cautiously.

The boys were recording their new album 'Hot Space' which Freddie had said was going to involve mainly disco songs after the massive success of their latest single "Another one bites the dust" which was a lot more pop ish and disco incorporated than their previous rock hits.

John and Freddie were quite excited to do the album, but Brian clearly wasn't by the way he was scowling at John as if he had insulted his red special.

"These two tarts are trying to kill each other over a guitar solo." Freddie deadpanned, sighing heavily.

"I haven't had a solo in any of these songs, and what am I supposed to do if I can't do what I'm supposed to?" Brian ranted angrily.

"You're supposed to just play the songs like I want you to play them, you don't see me criticizing your songs." John scoffed.

"Bri, it's just one record the next album you can have all the solos you want... But perhaps you should let him have a solo darling, it might sound quite good." Freddie chimed into the argument, stroking his mustache which he either did when he was trying to hide his teeth or when he was anxious, and you couldn't help but have a feeling it was the latter.

"Yes, ONE solo. Or is that not good enough for disco Deaky over here? I'm sorry to break it to you, but we happen to be in a rock band, not a disco band. If you don't like that then no one's forcing you to stick around." Brian snarled.

Your jaw dropped at Brian's words, not expecting the curly haired man to lash out like that. Yes, he was a perfectionist when it came to the music as was Freddie, they all were as a matter of fact, but he never snapped like that.

John's teeth clenched as his eyes became icy and his expression turned emotionless.

"Fine. Have your fucking solo if it'll be enough to please you, though nothing this band has been doing seems to have done that so I may not be the one who's having second thoughts about staying." The youngest member spat, storming out of the room as Brian did the same.

Freddie was chewing on his bottom lip anxiously, his eyes worried and anxious as you watched the bassist and guitarist leave.

"That's what your studio sessions have turned into?" You asked in bewilderment, a similar worried frown on your face as you pulled your chair closer to Freddie's.

"Brian's always angry about not getting his solos and John wants to be in control of everything...It's a miracle I've succeeded in stopping them from killing each other." Freddie swallowed,

"Well what about Roger? You don't have to be the mediator all of the time, he could step in too." You reasoned.

"He's been busy with his solo album and besides, he hates these disco songs just as much as Brian if not more." The singer groaned, and you couldn't exactly argue.

"Still...you're clearly stressed about this and as much as you tell the press you're not the leader of the band, I think you need to tell yourself that too." You spoke softly, stroking his prominent cheekbones gently.

"A-And then what...J-John and Brian keep arguing, Roger comes back a-and takes Brian's side, John will keep fighting for the album a-and no one will listen to me, th-then our fans will h-hate it a-and us..."

"None of that will happen, angel. It'll be okay, and for all you know your fans may love the album." You reasoned, smiling a bit.

"B-But Brian and R-Roger won't...Wh-What if John wants t-to make another d-disco album and they don't want to a-and everyone keeps f-fighting and w-we split u-u-" Freddie's nerves got worse, his breathing growing rapider as he edged closer to a panic attack.

You acted immediately as you pulled your chair as close to Freddie's as possible, wrapping your arms around his trembling form and stroking his short hair lightly to help calm him down.

"Shhh, it's okay love try to relax...you guys have been together for twelve years now, you could never split up now." You said softly.

"B-But-"

"Listen, I know you think you're the one who has to be the problem solver and the mediator all the time but that's not true, you have me here to help you and I will never leave you. I know how bad your stress can get Freddie, I don't want you overworking yourself anymore." You whispered, tracing comforting patterns on the Persian's back.

Freddie whimpered, swallowing a lump in his throat as he clung to you, his shaking slowly stopping as small sniffles left his nose.

"That's right, it's gonna be okay baby." You cooed reassuringly, holding him close.

"S-Sorry..." He mumbled, hiding his face in the crook of your neck in shame.

"Don't be sorry honey, let's just go home now yeah? You've had a long day." You soothed, helping Freddie up who was still clinging to you.

"I love you so much Y/N." He murmured, his voice small but genuine.

"I love you more." You smiled, pecking his lips delicately.

The end.

Okay, so that was and wasn't horrible? I feel like this was kind of badly written but what's done is done I suppose...I could use some requests please dearies :)
