Nunew can smell the aroma of the curry the moment he entered the restaurant. Zee told him he left the door open for him and to lock the door once he's in.
"Hia?" Nunew called for him
"Kitchen!" Zee shouted so Nunew proceeded in the kitchen.
"Hi Hia!" Nunew greeted him
"It smells so nice" He said as he inhales the smell of the curry.
"Hi. Can you scoop some rice out to the plates while I stir this please" Zee tells him
"Sure" Nunew said as he take plates out and scooped portions of rice into them.
Zee then poured the curry over the rice and garnished them.
"There, all done. Grab a plate and let's eat outside" Zee instructed him and Nunew obliged.
"What would you like to drink?" Zee asked as he put his plate down
"Can I have a mango juice please" Nunew said and Zee nodded
Zee got 2 bottles of mango juice and opened one for Nunew as he sits down
"What time will you be picked up?" Zee asked as he hands him the juice
"2pm." Nunew said as he tastes the curry.
"We have 1hr and 30 min then so dont rush eating" Zee tells him after looking at his watch
"What are you doing on your day off?" Nunew asked
"Probably stock taking." Zee said as he chews.
"Do you want to go on a date with me?" Nunew blurted out before he ate a spoon of his food
Zee nearly choked again. Good thing he didnt put the food in his mouth yet.
"You really need to stop doing that Nunew" Zee said as he drinks water
Nunew laughs at him
"Sorry Hia." Nu chuckled
"So will you go out with me then?" Nunew asked him again
"Where do you plan to go without anybody recognizing you?" Zee said to him
Nunew thought about it and sighed
"I didnt think of that" He honestly answered.
Zee chuckled and shakes his head. He looks at Nunew who is visibly disappointed
Zee bit his lip and looked away.
"Tell me when you want to go, I can take you somewhere not crowded"
Nunew looked at him and smiled.
"It's gonna be a date then" Nunew smiled brightly at Zee.
"If you say so." Zee tried to hide his blush.
Nunew finished eating and soon enougn it's already time to go. He checked his bag first and then went to the kitchen to say bye to the boys.
"Bye guys! I wont be bothering you tonight as Im needed in Bangkok." Nunew informs them.
Net's ears perked up.
"Will you see James?" He asked
"Most probably. Why?" Nunew asked him
"Tell him he's the most amazing person ever" Net said as he blinks his eyes.
"What a dork" Max said and they all laughed.
"You all better behave for Hia. Speaking of which, where is he? I need to go soon" Nunew said as he looks around
"He went upstairs to get something" Max tells him
"Im here, Im here" Zee said as he entered through the back door
